Best African hair braiding salon in OkC. They have been braiding my hair for almost 5years now and I have never had any issues with my hair. They accommodate my schedule and entertain their customers all the time and their pricing is favorable.They let you know how much your hair will cost before your visit and tell you how to care for it afterwards. I want from very short hair to very long box braids. Tamina did such a beautiful job I was in awe of it. Some of the nicest ladies work in this shop that you will ever meet. I not only will continue to have my hair done there but I left there feeling as I made some wonderful friends as well. The work they do is amazing n beautiful.. Their work speaks for itself n so reasonably priced I couldn't believe the quality for such a reasonable price. Try them out and you will never go anywhere else .

Poor customer service. Did not like how I was treated AT ALL. The highlights of my bad experience.. I was overcharged because the Stylist said she had never done hair like mine before. It is day two already and my braids are detangling .. Also the hair salonist didn’t have change for $20.. and I was told to go to the restaurant next door to look for change. (Which is crazy to me and Made me feel obligated to leave her extra money on top of what I was overcharged for). I would have appreciated honesty from the beginning or professional advice on what to do if what I requested was undoable.

I have gotten my hair braided twice here by Oumou and she is wonderful. She is very quick and professional with everyone who comes in. I love going here to her she tells you which hair is best to us for your hair and give you the price. They never overcharge for there services. All the ladies here are nice and professional.

It took my Braider about 4 1/2 hours to do the smallest Senegalese twist they offer. When I left, they looked really good. She took her time after she finished, clipping the ends and hot water sealing it. After About a week and a half, the twist started to look really old. All the around the edges are slipping out. It looks like I’ve had them in at least a month or two already. Im so disappointed. I expected to wear them for at least two months but at this rate, I’m going to have to get them redone. This has never happened to me before. Update: After calling the shop and speaking with the Fatime, she scheduled me right away to redo my edges. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She didn’t give me a difficult time nor did she charge me to fix them.

I called the shop and they worked with getting me in. They took really good care of me during my first visit. This is the only place I go to now to get me and my daughters hair braided.
