Went in for a walk in on whim for a drastic length change. Shannon was the absolute BEST. Didn't really know what I wanted. Just the general length. She was super cool and helpful in figuring out what was going to be best for my face, part, and how much I style it. Honestly probably the best cut I've ever had.

Went here because my reliable location on McMillan was booked for the day, a mistake I won't make again. This one not booked for a reason. Staff is underexperienced young women fresh out of beauty school. Received a poor quality men's haircut which I had fix myself. Men's haircuts are usually hard to mess up. I should have saved $20, went to Great Clips and Chipotle and at least gotten a meal out of my trip. Go to the McMillan Bang Bang Salon.

A great place to go for a cut. Haley did a fantastic job. They allow walk ins, but they tend to get booked. So, book you appointment online (or call) before you head there to make sure they are available when you want to get you cut.

I went here a few weeks ago and it was a horrible experience. I came in with red on top and blonde on the bottom, asked for it to be more of a fiery ombre, and I came out with my hair almost one same color and MUCH darker than I wanted. She also cut my hair WAY shorter than I had asked for, and this was after I had told her that I did not like my hair anywhere higher than below my shoulders, and the front pieces were uneven with one side being cut almost straight across (pictures attached). I have never cried after a hair cut in my life but I ugly cried the entire way home and in the bathroom once I got a really good look at what she had done. The reason I didn't stop her while she was cutting it? Most of the time she had me turned away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing! She also curled it (I keep it straight) so I didn't know what had happened to the length until I got home and dampened/straightened it out. I have also never been to such a catty and unfriendly salon. They talked s*** about half of the people that came and went and talked to each other more than their customers, save for one hairdresser who seemed to really enjoy her work. While I was sent to sit on a front bench to wait for my dye to set (which she left on for over 45 minutes, not 30 like she thought, and was way too long and probably why it came out so dark), my hairdresser cut a guy's hair and was laughing and talking with him the entire time before going downstairs with another coworker and vanishing for over 20 minutes. I tried to get a conversation going multiple times during the process but failed. The most I got out of her was her shocked and almost appalled question about if I have two phones, which I do -- one personal, one for work. Later that day, I texted her to tell her I wasn't happy with the outcome and what we could do to fix it. Without apologizing (I simply wanted an acknowledgment that she was sorry I felt unhappy with the service she had provided) and over the course of two days, she only offered to "shape up" the front and for me to come in to discuss the color. After my next text of telling her I didn't want to cut more and expecting her to reply, I never heard from her again. I paid over $100 for a horrible dye job and a butchered haircut that I didn't ask for, and the hairdresser didn't seem to care whatsoever. Needless to say, I will never go back to this salon. I go here all the time. My favorite is Brandy she is FABULOUS. She is amazing with coloring, I always see her doing something fabulous on fb with it and every time we do a wild color in my hair it turns out better than expected. She has done my hair all sorts of colors and she is one of the only people I have let touch my hair. I really recommend this salon and if you go ask for Brandy, she has done everything to coloring, cutting and updos for me and I have never been disappointed by it.

Sat on a bad haircut for a month before deciding to stop in. Made an appointment online (so easy) and they fixed my hair in 30 minutes. They really listen and ask questions to help you get what you want, even if you’re not sure what that is. Amazing.

Definitely don't go to this location. Went here because I heard the McMillan location was good. The stylists seemed brand new and unprofessional. The lighting is also very poor in that building so you couldn't see much about the cut. Paid $20 for a horribly botched haircut and will never go back.

I've been getting my hair cut here for about one year now. I usually get my hair cut by JJ and he always does a fantastic job! The staff is really friendly and also gives great tips/suggestions based on your hair and preferred style. Always a pleasant experience, and I've never had a bad cut in my 10+ visits so far!
