not pleased.. outrageous wait times and poor manegment. although the establishment is nice don’t let it fool ya.. there’s ways to fix the wait times (up to an hour if not more WITH or without an appointment) one being better on the stylists time manegment.. or how many stylists you have. and another being more accurate with suggested wait time. was told one time and it was almost double. side note; we were told employees go without breaks.. *its illegal for your employees to not have a break* stylists need further training. it’s not rocket science to cut a mans hair but if you can’t do it then don’t. men don’t care much so when one says you “butchered” his hair ... well it speaks volumes! a stylist also said she couldn’t do what was asked .... wow... also the “vibe” was very off. the stylists seemed overwhelmed and aggravated. going to a salon as a customer, i shouldn’t feel like a burden. receptionist wasn’t any better.. the first face you see and the first person you talk to... well we should of just turned around and left. as i read some reviews i see we are not the only ones with these issues.. management is very VERY poor. you can not talk to your customers how you are. the replies to these reviews are outrageous and unprofessional. i would see to fixing the way you carry your business. it would be a shame for the bored of cosmetology to be coming by all your review replies. it only reflects on how the business is ran and how you treat your employees. my suggestion; if the lobby fills up fast then maybe make it appointment only so your stylists have enough time and are not rushed and your customers AND STYLISTS are leaving happy. and management, fix your attitude on your replies.. your a business act accordingly. will not be going back and will share our story. my reply to the owners reply , your unprofessionalism baffles me. first, who even said it was today? secondly it’s not 100% your employees the problem is with. it’s how YOU are running your business. they reflect you. you need to take a second look at the bigger picture. this is not professional at all. if you knew how to run a business your review wouldn’t be so sad and YOUR REPLIES wouldn’t be so nasty. and like i said before. your a business .. act accordingly. we as a household are writing this review so sit down. and sweetheart i cut men’s hair. your priceses relfect your quality just fine.

BEST PLACE EVER! I always had the same person cut my hair for years then I had to to somewhere new I tried 3 separate places. When i found Mens Hairworld I stopped looking. This place is amazing quick quality cuts and a nice beer afterward and the women working give the place a comfy feel. Yes sometimes they are short staffed and there is a wait, but I assure you it's not only worth the wait but you'll definitely come again.

First time I went there, excellent. Second time was a disaster. Check in woman was cold and very uninviting. Guy who cut my hair acted like I was an inconvenience to his day. Called me up under his breath. Didn't talk at all. Scratched the heck out of my ear using clippers. He left all the hair on my face when he put the hot towel on making it uncomfortable as heck. I told him about the hair on my face was irritating me, and he condisendingly asked if I ever get hair cuts. Both were very unprofessional. Voiced my complaints and I was yelled at. Never going back, would not recommend at all. I don't often review, but that experience was aweful.

So this is the second time I've been to this shop for a haircut, and unfortunately it will be my last. The first time, the stylist butchered my hair so short where a colick was that I was forced to wear a cap until it grew long enought for another hair cut. This time, the sides aren't even, and there are sections on top that are visibly longer to the point I can either wear a hat again or try and even it out myself. The lady cutting my hair this time seemed like she was new or unsure of what she was doing. She was nice to talk to, but there was an obvious language barrier. If you go here, I hope your experience will be better than mine. *In response to the owner's tantrum below* After reading your verbal insults and accussations on other people's reviews, I should have known better than to give your establishment a second chance. I apologize for that mistake. All you've done is prove my assumption that you would rather make excuses, and spend more time arguing with people on the internet than run, and improve your buisness.

Called asking how long of a wait for a haircut was told 20 minutes. I drove over to get a haircut walked in and was told that they were completely booked up. It couldn't have changed that much in the 5 to 10 minutes it took to drive over. Could have told me that from the start so I didnt bother driving over.

Seems like the hair stylist was in a bad mood or just really over living/working in "The binge drinking capital of America". That did not stop her from giving me the BEST DAMN HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD for a measly $17... Oh that includes a wash, hot towel, and a back massage. If you're from around these parts you might want to take them up on the free beer with haircut deal, there's coffee otherwise. I seriously felt like I was robbing the place when they rung me up. Tip well - they deserve it!

This place is not professional at all. I came in from Chicago and it was the only place open. I read the reviews before going but I wanted to give them a chance. Time of close states 8pm. I walked in at 730pm and the lady immediately said "We're booked!" No, hello? How are you? Just "We're booked!" Geez!!! The place is smelly too. Chicago has barbershops who are fully packed and you still get service in a timely manner. They had no one waiting, unbelievable! I will never go back.

Anyone saying otherwise is either lying or got what they had coming to them. Highly recommend checking this place out if you want to feel comfortable while you're getting a great haircut. Initial greeting was good. Talked or consulted with the stylist (Bri) and stated that I did not want the back touched and that I wanted to keep the length. The stylist trimmed up the right side and moved right onto the back... i kept pulling forward, and she said to keep looking forward. I said that i said that I didn't want the back cut and they said that "Well, now I have to blend it, do you want me to keep going?" What can a customer do at that point?! I feel violated.

Asked if the lady knew how to do a medium fade, skin tight. Started cutting my hair until it was at the end and she said she didn't know how to do skin tight, or a medium fade right. If you want an actual military fade, this isn't the place to go.

Worst place in town. The gal at the desk was very rude. I was told oh the wait is 30 to 45 minutes I said ok. I waited a hour and a half and wasn't talked or offered a free beer or anything. I walked out and the gal at the desk just sat on her phone and said nothing and she knew I was there! Some of the owners comments seems more like bragging about there business and not being more concerning about the reviews. I will tell everyone I know not to come here.

This place great! You get a free beer or coffee with your haircut! You hungry? You can also order pizza or have a burger before or after your haircut! Shoulder massage, hair wash, and scalp massage are also included. The owner and stylist give the best haircuts in the area! The price is the same as Men's Hair Co. but you get 10x more for your buck! These aren't cheap beers either. Heineken, Fargo Brewing Co., and Samuel Adams, as well as what is on tap rotationally are what's offered. Yes, I said, ON TAP! The place has a usable bar in the back for you to sit and sip a beer as you wait for your haircut. Parking is also super convenient. Very tidy and clean place too. Take time to unwind as you sip a beer and watch sports. This is the place in Fargo to get a great haircut.
