Went to this salon about 1 week ago and they made my appointment with a stylist named Brandy. She did such an amazing job!!! Her scalp massage was A++, she did a great job washing and blowing drying, and the way she styled my hair was like I had never seen before!! She did such a great job I just HAD to prebook with her! And not to mention that she is just the sweetest person ever with such a fun and warm personality!!! I will definitely spread the word about her!!

I’ll just start off by saying I’ve never left a bad review, ever. It took 30 minutes to be seated. And I got my hair cut and straightened by a different girl then I had booked! It took her 1 hour to cut my hair (an inch off) and then another hour to straighten my hair, and my hair normally takes 15-25 minutes at the MOST to straighten. I asked for layers and face framing layers as well. My hair is cut in a straight line and just feels dirty even though it’s been washed. I don’t mind the overall color, but maybe try somewhere else. I came in at 10:30, was seated at 11, and didn’t leave the salon until 4. That’s too long.

Omg, words cannot express the service and the attention to my hair, Sophia provided. This was my 1st time getting Microlinks & color, I love the way my hair looks and feels. The compliments I have received are out the roof! The time and chair side manner Sophia provides cannot be measured or duplicated. I cant wait to go back to her again as a repeated customer!

I hate to write something negative but I have been living with one of the worst color and cut I have ever had. The stylist had to take some black out of my hair and I know that takes longer. The whole thing took 5 hours. About an hour I sat with wet hair. She had booked another color in between. She took at least four inches off my hair when I clearly said keep the length. She used two different colors one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair. My roots look a pinkish color and the rest brown. My hair was hacked up with no reason for the way it was cut. One of the other stylist came over and gave me a hand massage because she knew I was waiting a long time. I just got back from another place to clean up the mess and she could not believe how uneven my whole head was. 5 Hors for something that should have taken 2. I know this is probably 1 person and I think she was co owner of the place. Echo I was given a 30% off coupon because I was a new customer but does that mean I get this? Not recommending

I usually don't write reviews for places, especially negative ones however after the hatchet job I received yesterday, I felt compelled. One of the biggest issues I have is that my hair cut took two hours! That is a ridiculous amount of time and I am just so thankful that I have a flexible schedule in which I was able to take that kind of time. There is no reason that a haircut should have taken this long. Even when I have received a cut and color it didn't take this long. This was only a haircut, and unfortunately for two hours you would hope that I would love the end result but that is not the case. In fact, my haircut looks awful and not what I asked for at all. I knew that the stylist was new when I booked the appointment, but I've had newer people cut my hair before, everyone deserve a shot, however I do regret this decision. It was clear that the style and cut I was requesting was not something she could execute but she she continued like she knew what she was doing. I even took pictures to show her the style, not just on the celebrity but previous pictures of myself when I had this same style. It became clear to me early on that she didn't know what she was doing and I should have stopped her and just left but foolishly I did not. I repeatedly asked if she would like to see several different pictures of the style so she could get a better idea of what the cut looked like but she refused. Finally after two hours, my hair so much shorter than I wanted it and not the style I requested at all, I told her to stop. I know it is just hair and it will grow back but the whole experience was just so disappointing and I will not be returning to this salon.

Great salon. Clean, friendly stylists. I've been going to Echo for 7-8 years. I usually see Lisa or Susan but have seen other stylists as well over the years. They are all talented and do great work. I highly recommend Echo :)

After my oldest daughter moved to Washington State (she is a hairstylist), I was forced to find another stylist to cut my other daughter's very curly hair. I took my daughter to see Emily for a trim, and she was really nice, and took her time to detangle her hair without hurting her. She also trimmed her hair evenly, and cut the amount I asked her to cut. When I need another trim, I will definitely be going back to see Emily. I have curly hair down the middle of my back, and I can't afford to go to someone else that messes it up and then has to cut more just to even it out. Thank you so much Emily for your patience and great work on my daughter's hair yesterday afternoon!

I received a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. It will be sometime next before therapist is available. The therapist is not an employee but a contractor. When I asked for a refund so I could go get a message today I was told they don't do refunds but I was welcome to use the gc toward products. I don't want products! I want a massage! Today!

I am only giving this three stars because I don't like salons that require by appointment only nd then charge $45 for a haircut so you may have a different experience but I don't like it like no don't get me wrong I like the haircut I got from the place but it was expensive and I had to wait a long time so it depends on what you're looking for.

You’ll be lucky if you can get a call back. Called last Friday to inquire about lash extensions, pricing and appointment availability. No one answered so I left a message and they couldn’t be bothered to return my call. Such a basic thing, but shows their priorities. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Took my daughters here and they were very pleased. They had their eye brows done with very little pain. My 13 yr old is sensitive and when the lady did her eye brows all my daughter said was "Oh that's not bad!" She had her eyebrows waxed once before and swore she would not try it again. Well she said she would definately get it done again at Echo Spa & Salon Inc. The staff is wonderful and courteous. They love to hear your stories and they are very sympathetic. My oldest daughter loved Echo's. She is 22 and she has a hard time opening up to people but she was able to open up to the staff. Thank You to everybody at Echo's Spa and Salon. P.S. My wife now book an appointment for next week.

I booked a mani/pedi for me and my daughter, I was really disappointed with the time management. I was early to my appointment and was told that they would be ready shortly. The woman at the desk was aware that I had to be done by 4:30, 2 hours from my appointment time. I had also booked a wax for me, so after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time I asked if we could at least get that done. After the wax was done, they still weren’t ready. We finally got seen after we had waited more than 30 minutes past our appointment time. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because I didn’t want to disappoint my 4 year old, who was looking forward to this for days.Once seen they were nice enough and discounted things at the end but I was unable to get my manicure because they took so long with the client before me. So much for a relaxing spa day.
