DryBar has finally arrived and it’s better than expected!! Little slice of heaven!! This place is conveniently located. Bright and cheery too! The girls are so sweet and thorough. The hours are great too! I can swing by on my way to work to have my hair done for the day/week!! Definitely check it out!!

I had my first appointment at this Drybar location the other day and it was fantastic! All of the staff were kind and focused on offering the best service possible. The manager, Mallori, was the one who did my blow out. She knew exactly what to do to and gave me the best blow out I've ever had. I've been to other places before, but this will definitely be my go-to in the future!

I LOVE Drybar!!! I booked a blowout when they opened earlier this summer and randomly ended up in Nae's chair and she is pure magic! My hair does NOT hold a curl but Nae whips this mop into a curly or beach wavy, shiny, manageable beast every time I go! I became a barfly member which means for $80/month, you get 2 blowouts, 10% off all products, a free birthday blowout, and your blowouts roll over! The salon is airy and clean and everyone is SO friendly! There is always plenty of parking and the shopping center has lots of cute shops and good restaurants. A few weeks ago, I had booked a blowout and requested Nae as my stylist. The Drybar owner actually texted me and told me if I could come in at a slightly different time, she could get me in with Nae. Now THAT is customer service! Enjoy your new favorite blow dry bar, loves!

I absolutely LOVED this Drybar! The space is bright and comfortable, Tristan at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming, and my blow-out from Nae was amazing. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about product and services but it never feels like purchases are being pushed on you. Jackie, the owner, is such a sweetheart! If you need your hair done for an event, special occasion, girls night, or just a relaxing afternoon I highly recommend Drybar!

I just had the most outstanding experience with Savannah at Drybar Charlotte that I’ve ever had at a Drybar. For context, I’ve recently moved to North Carolina from New York where I have been a Drybar member since they opened their first location, getting weekly blowouts for years. I have visited every New York location, along with locations in Chicago, Northern and Southern California, Texas, Vegas, DC, Boston, and Atlanta. I’ve had countless great experiences and can’t thank them enough for consistently great hair! All that said, Savannah is the best of the best. She is very clearly dedicated to Drybar’s brand and quality expectations. She explained so much I never knew about the brand and explained the quality controls they put in place to make sure they set themselves apart. She takes a lot of pride in being a part of Drybar and it shows. She delivered probably the best blowout I’ve ever had, and she was a lot of fun! Charlotte is so lucky to have her.

Well I have never been here but it has been almost impossible to get an appointment here! My email/account is not working and after about a week of trying to get someone on the phone I give up! I use drybars often and sadly by business will be going elsewhere! Customer service is not up to par and nobody wants to listen to an automated phone system when trying to book!

Usually I love DryBar as I recommend to all of my friends and buy all of the products. However, after my recent visit over the weekend I had a much different experience. I requested Mai Tai and let my stylist know how easily my hair hold curl so she didn't need to worry about that. At the end I was left with 8th grade dance ringlets. It was by far the worst my hair has ever looked after a service. I asked her to tone it down but there wasn't much to be done to salvage it. I was completely embarrassed to go to my next event and had to just wear my hair up. I brought an out of town friend with me and her hair looked very elementary and basic as well. I called the customer service line and never received a call back that they promised. I am hoping the quality of service has not gone down hill now that this is a more popular location. I used to love DryBar but this was not worth it what so ever.

Loved Drybar - the whole experience is fun and relaxing. Stylists really know what they’re doing! So many stylists have tried to get my hair to hold a curl and/or survive the Charlotte humidity — this is the first blow out I’ve ever had that curls didn’t fall out quickly! And no humidity issues! I loved it just for the experience, but now I’m even more impressed that the fabulous styling actually lasts, making it worth it in my book

Wow is all I can say. Drybar Charlotte is nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiling faces. You are then treated to such a session of pampering. These stylist know what they are doing. They are all highly trained in not only the Drybar way to do hair but also in their amazing products. My stylist walked me through step by step how to use the products I was purchasing. I purchased a membership and so far have gone once a week. So thankful they are in Charlotte now. No other blowout salon compares to Drybar.

So wonderful!! Felt like a movie star!! I went to a salon similar to this in Ballantyne (will be polite and not name and shame the spot!!) and was very unimpressed so when my mom invited me here I was reluctant to go...Thank God I did. It was relaxing (maybe the mimosa I was served had something to do with this)!! The girl that did my hair was great; wish I could remember her name. Highly recommended and will definitely be back soon!!

Went in to try and schedule a blow out with a friend who came in from out of town. The lady at the check in counter was very rude and treated us very poorly. Will not be booking that appointment or going back because of her.

I love me a good blow out, and DryBar SouthPark is the BEST! I’ve gone so often they feel like family lol. I’m addicted to having my hair look fantastic for so many days after (usually 4-5 for me with a touch of dry shampoo say 4). It’s so convenient to pop in and know whomever you get, the results will be amazing. Although Julia is my go to! Oh I also love the rom com’s they have playing in the mirror lol :-)
