This is the best perm experience ever! And the result comes out fantastic too! I made appointment on line through their website with Tatsuya. He charges more than other stylist (350 for digital perm), and he double confirmed the price with me before he got started. I asked him "are you better?" He said "I am more experienced." It turned out he has turned the whole thing into art! The way he worked on our hair (cutting, putting on hair roll) was superb experience. The whole process only took less than 3 hours. The most efficient ever in my experience.

Highly recommend! It was my first time there and Lisa did my haircut. She was super friendly and patient, and she understood all my requests and did my hair just the way I wanted. The price is reasonable, and making online appointment is convenient. I will go there again.

I made an appointment for dyeing hair on Thursday, I want to dye grayish brown from faded orange, but I sat for 6 hours, and the dyed color is blue, purple, and green. This is the first point that makes me not Satisfied, secondly, I went back to the hotel to change my clothes and found that my hoodie’s hat was dyed and could not be washed off. I like this hoodie and it is worth 400 dollars. Finally, the hair dye they used for me made my scalp very pain. Even though they gave me a discount, this kind of happy mood was disappointing and it was a big blow to me.

I highly recommend T-Gardens! I’ve been coming here for two years now. As a Korean, I can be pretty picky with my hair and used to go home and get it done. But I finally found a hair gem in NYC! I get my hair done by Junya - I’ve tried a perm, color, haircut, and deep conditioning. Junya understands my needs and always meets my expectations! Other staff members are also friendly and accommodating. The best thing about this salon is it’s peaceful - not crazy busy or loud like other salons. I feel like every time I come here I’m getting a hair spa

Got my haircut from Junya . Had a great haircut, he did exactly what I was looking for and did it very well. The overall experience wa also very pleasant. The salon is simple clean set up. The shampooing was done nicely with a very comforting shoulder massage. I was also offered tea which turned out to be my new favorite tea

Came here a few times in 2016 but had to leave NY for college, today was my first time back since and the owner still recognized me! I’ve been dying my hair for a while so it’s quite difficult to work with, but Min was super thorough and made sure to confirm exactly what I wanted! My new favorite hair salon!! I called on a Saturday and was able to make an appt the very next day with Lisa for a digital perm. She was the nicest hair stylist I have ever had and my experience very pleasurable and surprisingly went by fast (digital perms are typically 3 hours). Lisa offered me a drink menu with an array of different beverages- I opted for the green tea which was very delicious! This salon had the most affordable prices for perms in the city and they are experts in the area. I loved the results of my perm and it came out exactly how I wanted. One thing I also loved about this salon, was how quiet and comfortable it was inside. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be visiting again!
