I love this salon. My colorist, Mia, is the absolute best! She’s been coloring my hair for years. My hair can be challenging because it’s curly and I have a lot of gray that doesn’t take dye well. Mia always gets it right. She knows exactly what to do to make sure the grays are covered and my hair looks amazing. She’s truly great!

Amazing hair cut at Roman K Salon by Stylist Racquel! I've been looking for a new salon after having my hair cut at some of the top salons in the city, including John Barrett, Fekkai, Bumble&Bumble. Located in Flatiron,Roman K has a sleek contemporary vibe with a cool downtown feel. And they use my fav Kerastase + shu uemura products. Got a moisturizing treatment upon Racquel's recommendation that really fixed my damaged locks and added some much needed shine. Racquel knew exactly how to refresh my layers and cut my locks while letting me keep the length I'll need for my updo at my sister's wedding this weekend! Beautiful, wavy blowout that took minutes. Can't wait to go back for an updated look for late fall.

Wow! What an experience this was! Got a perfect color & cut by Roman himself. Came in not knowing what i wanted to do with my hair exactly, but trusted the professional suggestions by Roman, and I am MORE than just happy with the results! Love my hair! Finally found myself a super amazing stylist ! The salon itself is very unique, with an incredible ambiance, super friendly staff with a bar/lounge area where you are served mimosas and other good stuff while waiting! Russ, one of the staff members, will also make sure you are not bored while waiting :) Im so happy i found a great salon but more importunity an awesome stylist. I Definitely highly recommend everyone to try at least once so you can experience what I experienced and you will no longer look for anything else! :) Thank you again to Roman and to the rest of Roman K Salon staff for this incredible experience!

Go see Racquel and Misty! Roman K is absolutely one of my favorite beauty salons. They have everything you need including. It's a beautiful space with amazing light and everything is laid out so you truly feel like you have a great personal and luxurious experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else than Racquel Benedetto (@rockibenedettohair) to cut my hair prior to my wedding. She is a true beauty expert and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. She always gives the best advice on what is going to be best for my features and the integrity of my hair and scalp. (She even did a mini wedding hair trial after the cut which was super since I couldn't have her with me at my wedding since it was out of the country.) She also recommended their brow specialist Misty for brow tinting and shaping. This was live-changing. Misty is a true brow artist and a makeup artist to boot with years of industry experience. I can't wait to go back soon.

I had a Great first experience at the salon and am looking forward to my next visit (which I already pre booked) before the holidays. I was greeted by the Staff of RomanK right away when I first entered the salon (They were so friendly and welcoming). From Start to Finish, I had an OUSTANDING experience with Pascal and Courtney. Both Pascal and Courtney did a full consultation together on my hair. Thoroughly they explained what I need to enhance and alter for the best result for my Color and Cut. They were patient with me and extremely knowledgeable.First Pascal worked his magic for my haircut, and then Courtney created beautiful highlights in my hair using the Balayage technique. While I was processing I sipped on a delicious glass of wine, while having the Manicurist Kristina give me her signature Medical Manicure. After Courtney finished my highlights, she hydrated my hair with an Intense Shu Uemura Treatment, leaving my hair feeling brand new. I highly recommend seeing Pascal and Courtney to anyone who is scheduling at RomanK Salon. The Salon is luxurious , and with their incredible service, seals my continuous loyalty to them and the salon. Two Thumbs up for my first experience there. See you guys soon!

It does not get any better than Roman K!! - when I first met Roman 10 years ago, he was cutting my brother's hair and because I am annoyingly particular about my hair, it took some convincing to give him a try. I thought his stunningly exceptional blow out was an accident and the bonus that is lasted (looking as though I just stepped out of a Kerastase ad) for 5 days was just the result of a lucky week. This was no accident and not in anyway luck. Roman keeps me beautiful week after week (has for a decade) and when it comes to a blowout, haircut, or color, I would fly across the world for him before even thinking of letting anyone else touch my hair. He's truly the best there is and he has brought extraordinary talent together in his dream salon - its one stop beauty shopping. Massage, waxing, mani/pedi, you name it! They even have an on site ATM and serve delicious cappuccino. Best of NY 100%

You know that top swag feeling when you feel like a million bucks, I always get that after a cut and color with Andrew Inconstanti. I discovered him at a previous salon and right from the get-go there was an instant connection. I dont instruct him anymore, I let him work his magic with scissors, and somehow he always gets it exactly right. leaving my hair styled and soft till my next appointment. When I learnt he was moving to Roman K Salon, it was a no-brainer to follow. I really like the new salon setup right from booking an appointment. I can go online and see what dates and times are available, and book my slot. A reminder email is sent direct to my phone the day before. Simple. The salon is beautiful, modern, minimal and tranquil, staff is friendly and engaging that you immediately feel you are part of the family. Looking forward to my next cut.

Like a million bucks, that is the best way to describe how I felt and looked after my visit to Roman k Salon. I was looking for a new salon and had heard wonderful things about this salon, so i decided to make an appointment to see for myself. Best decision ever, the customer service is top notch and the entire atmosphere of the salon will make you feel relaxed and pampered. Roman is a master at his craft, he made me look and feel amazing after my color and cut. Will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Tammy Kopie! Remember that name! Tammy is a master colorist at Roman K. Salon and a hidden jewel in the over-populated over-hyped world of New York City Colorists. I have been following Tammy since she first began working at the John Barrett salon nearly 20 years ago because she has the uncanny ability to give you exactly what you want! I literally told her I wanted my hair to look like it did after a summer at the beach when I was fifteen years old! She was able to do that nearly impossible feat, even though I was 33 years old at the time with very dark brown hair! She has seen me through greying and at 53 my hair is my perfect blond with rich natural undertones and bright playful highlights! Do not let her humble, quiet way fool you, she is a monster talent! If you want people to say, "you have beautiful hair" instead of "who does your color?" go see Tammy immediately! Roman K Salon is a beautiful space, and everyone who works there has the wonderful air of people who are working at a place they really like. There is no attitude, and they work as a team to make you beautiful! They also have an outrageously well priced manicure and pedicure that can be done while you color your hair! This may seem a bit over the top, but everyone I have sent there has the same glowing report! Lucky us that Tammy and the whole team at Roman K Salon exist! Go!

I have been going to Raquel for a year and a half for extensions and hair cuts and she is truly the best hair stylist I've ever had. My hair had been badly damaged from chemical treatments before I found Roman K Salon and Raquel--it was thin, and damaged and never seemed to grow. Raquel truly transformed my hair. With regular hair cuts and extensions, my hair has been able to heal and become 100x healthier without sacrificing the look of long healthy hair. Additionally, the extensions let me have the long voluminous hair that I've always wanted without causing any damage to my real hair. Raquel is truly a master at applying the hair extensions (no one can ever tell that I have them and I myself pretty much forget that they're there). I've had tape-in extensions put in at different salons/stylists before I found Raquel, and no one has ever come close to making them blend so seamlessly and feel so secure. I am now constantly complimented on my hair now and confident in how it looks again! She helped me achieve the exact look I wanted and greatly improved the health of my hair. I could not recommend Raquel more highly, especially if you are considering extensions!!

This salon is a one stop shop for all beauty needs. I have been coming here religiously and can’t say enough good things! Olga’s manicures and pedicures are the best in the world, literally. She does an amazing job with so much attention to detail and the polish lasts perfectly for well over a week. My nails have never looked better. Misty is a brow magician. I never imagined she could make my brows look exactly the way I wanted, and she did! I never even touch them anymore between visits. Dayna’s blowouts are amazing. She is so good with hair and I trust her completely. I always feel great after she works her magic with my hair. I am a huge fan of this salon and highly recommend it.
