Horrible hair colour by "senior" female technician (mira?) . Coloured my hair twice, left hair dye on my face , left the back of my shirt wet after hair washing and best of all expected a tip . Really ?! I went in for the consultation as it was my first time at the salon, and realised that the stylist didnt really know what she was talking about after I showed her the picture which I was expecting. I told her i might reconsider as the price she quoted was quite expensive. She came back to discuss the price again and sounded more reassuring that she knew what I wanted. We went ahead and lo and behold, I looked like a golden haired monkey ( which i told her I didnt want anything too bright at the beginning ). She then offered to recolour to a darker colour ( results left a lot to be desired). I just left it at that stage, accepted that this might not be the best person to be doing hair colour. To be fair, she might be good at other things but just not hair colouring. I honestly think that if you havent got enough flair with colouring, dont attempt it - it destroys someone's hair. Just give the customer to someone who can do a better job. And please touch your heart to see if a tip is really deserved given the mess up. Hopefully hairstyling goes beyond just earning money. Hope my hair grows quick enough now. Never again to this hair salon and hair stylist.

$60 wasted on an awful cut by a so called Master. Nothing designer or modern about the cuts. They can't handle thick, coarse hair. Even the guys sitting next to me did not have any hair cuts that seemed truly outstanding. I've had $20 cuts by barbers with true skill that far exceed the quality and skill of these amateur hipsters. They charge a premium price but lack the skill.

happy with the ending of my service there, cuSo i went to get my hair done I wasn'tstomer service was horrible. I tried to speak to a manager there and he was no where to be found. I spoke to the hair stylist and she got back to me days later and connected me to him and he said sorry there was nothi bc he could have done that he isn't responsible. He didn't even offer me a discount for being a first time client and they only accept cash with no receipt. So they don't really care about customers except cash. The manager name was june.

I am picky about my haircut, and I was delighted to find this place. My hairstylist was Yui, and she did a wonderful job with giving me a short haircut, starting with encouraging me to find a picture in the many magazines they have there, to show her what I wanted. She is thorough and skilled with her hands. I am asian, and she is stylist who knows exactly how to cut asian hair to show it as its best. My cut was modern, fun and still looks good, a couple of months after I got it cut. I wish I lived in NYC just to have a place like this to go to for excellent hair service.

Tap is really nice designer, he cut my hair very carefully and professionally. Despite of his 10 years of careers, you can pay him as junior price(which is most cheapest one) because he just moved his company here. Lucky me!

Came here to fix my roots per my friend's recommendation. Very standard coloring, but very well done. Great plus: Tetsu who did the final shampooing did absolutely amazing job! It was probably the best hair wash + scalp massage I have ever had!
