Lily is good,but today her schedule is full. They assigned a bobber ,who they claimed is a master ,Nona,to me. But she really did a terrible job, the style is messed up,and the details are terrible. I have tried many bobbers from 20 to 150 dollars,but this experience is the worst.

I've been here twice now. The first time, I thought it was overpriced. My second visit though I got a different junior hair person and she was great. She was kind but didn't talk to me too much, I enjoy just relaxing while getting a haircut, but seemed amicable enough that if I started up a conversation, I'm sure she would have conversed. I'm going to be trying to make this place my go -to.

I've been a regular at this salon for over a year now and I get lots of compliments about my hair. I would say maybe half of the clientele are Korean, but I see a good mix of other ethnicity. The price is about average for Manhattan. The place looks small in the front, but it actually is pretty spacious in the back.

I like it because it's off-ktown and has a good quality service (e.g. washing your hair before and after, scalp massage after haircut) all included in the haircut service.

Tribble experience! I just went for hair trim and color (black to cover my grey hair). Costed $145- and I tipped $40. But after I came home and look at the mirror closely, I saw the black hair dye stained still on my scalp along my hairline, I look so funny!!! They are so unprofessional! For that price range, there has a lot better hair salon in the city. Do not go to HairOSH.

Amazing place to do your hair! They have a coffee bar and lounge area. The staff is very welcoming and very attentive to all your needs. If your looking for a fresh style or Idol look (K-pop, dramas, etc.), you should definitely check this place out. They do amazing women's and men's hair. They also do extensive hair coloring. I am a male, who gets my hair permed and styled, and all my looks work. #teamhairOSH

You will get a high quality result :) never got disappointed with their service so far. The staff are very attentive to the customers' needs and always willing to make corrections if requested. A reference photo will always help! And also they have opened up a cafe which you can get anything with a discounted price if are customer for the hair salon.
