I've been coming to hair Toto since I was a child. Chris (female) is my hair stylist, she is absolutely amazing and often I just say what length and she cuts it in a style perfect for my face. This place is clean, the staff is lovely and helpful, and the prices are great. Today I went to get my hair permed and colored and I am so happy with the results. Chris also gave me lots of tips on how to care for want hair as my hair is naturally very straight! I wanted a slightly lighter tone at the bottom and she did such a lovely job making it look natural !

Hair Toto is my favorite hair salon!! The hairstylists are really nice, the hair washing is great, the place is super clean and they also have options for massages. Overall amazing

I have been going here for over 10 years. Unfortunately Checkers left and they gave my appointment to another stylist who ignored my wishes and did whatever he wanted to my hair. I hate it. I will not be going back, ever.

One of the most pleasant hair salons in Chinatown. Staff at the front staff is multilingual and helpful. The second floor salon is spacious, compare to other salons where you feel like packed sardines. Ask for Kwok as your hairstylist. Parking is a pain

I've been a regular here for a while and I enjoy the service. My only complaint is that I think the women who wash your hair could be better trained. I find they're often not paying attention to water temperature and they often get shampoo in my ears.
