Stockton Hair Artists is the best place to go in the Southwest! These are truly wonderful and professional people, with Kim at the front desk as the warmest person you'll ever meet. Hannah is a terrific too! Sandra Stockton is the finest stylist I have ever worked with: a true professional. She is progressive--always informed about advances and trends in her field. She is a true artist. As a gifted listener, she has a deep understanding of her client's individuality. I drive many miles to see her every 6 weeks, and would drive all the way across the country to maintain my connection with this extraordinary artist. We are very lucky to have someone of this calibre in New Mexico. Do not miss an opportunity to work with her. You will feel you have become your "best and true" beautiful self when you leave her special salon!

Stockton Hair Artists and Salon has the most talented and professional artists in all of New Mexico. The owner Sandra Stockton is a true master of her craft. She's always pushing herself to try and do new things when cutting hair. She knows hair. She can talk to a client and really get a sense of what they want and then somehow make it happen with your hair. She's magical! Really a special person. I've been going to her for over 35 years, I fly from San Diego to see these people. That's how incredibly amazing and talented Sandra and her team is.

It's very easy to set appointments here. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always get my hair cut by Kellie Nolan, but from what I've seen all the employees are highly skilled.

I went in last Friday with a dye emergency! A different salon had destroyed my hair. I waited a week to write this to make sure my color stayed awesome. It did! Lesley did a fantastic job fixing the orange mess I went in with. I have gotten compliments everyday since seeing her. I am so grateful for my experience at Stockton. All the employees were super professional and kind. The environment is relaxing and comfortable. And the skills of the stylist are exceptional. I highly recommend going here. I can't wait to go back again!

I was a walk-in for a hair-cut. Kelly was my stylist. She is been at this place for a year and was in school prior. My hair was past my shoulders. I wanted a cut, but didn't know what I was going to do. Kelly talked to me about layers and length and then went to work. It was nerve wracking seeing my hair fall to the floor, because I've had the same cut for a while. It all turned out great! I love my new hair-cut and the style she did when blow drying. I will definitely go back to her again. She was pleasant to talk to. The place looks warm and fancy, which you can't tell from the outside.

Well, they certainly don't know how to create a basic bun updo. I showed them a simple picture that I could probably do to someone else's hair, and I left there with a hair sprayed knot. This was very unimpressive. Also, my appointment was with one person, who couldn't do the updo so she got someone else to do it and it's just a hairsprayed mess.

Never again! Hair cut wasn't what I asked for. Neither was the color. And still got charged a good amount of money. Will not recommend to anyone unless you want to leave unhappy with tacky hair.

I came in not exactly knowing what i wanted to do with my hair, and also very nervous because i dont trust just anyone to do my hair and i love it! Its beautiful inside and the staff are wonderful. Courtney managed to get all my artifical blonde out and give me back my dark brown hair with a little bit of natural highlights. Definitely coming back!
