If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've been going to Sergio for the past 10 years. He has never failed me. The rest of the staff that he has is so friendly and their work is amazing as well.

So I came with Sergio for a consultation. I had wanted to go icy blonde and had already BLEACHED my hair 4 times prior to seeing him. When I showed him the picture of what I wanted he said he was able to do it. He said it would be $155-$160 since I already had my hair “PRE-LIGHTENED” it ended up being $180 for losing my hair and having the most awful color. . I’m super excited right since he’s the owner I’m like this guy KNOWS what he’s doing. Boy was I WRONG. I’m currently in pain because my scalp was burned badly and it’s been almost a week. I have bald spots in the front of my hair. First he went in with bleach which I was like okay max 15 mins right? NO 40 minutes! It was lighter than ever so I was like okay now the light ash blonde toner and we’re good to go. NOPE. He decided to put a blue toner in my hair and left it for 45 minutes!!! This is with him having no other clients just ME. I was still like okay chill he knows his stuff. Well after sitting in the wash bowl for 4 hours he takes me to the chair and I just see a glimpse of my hair and it’s the ugliest darkest grey blue green ever. He immediately turns me and starts brushing so harshly I just felt hair rip off of my scalp. And he’s like “it’s gonna be a bit blue but it’s going to wash out k?” And I’m like okay :/ by this time I was so exhausted I knew he had fd up my hair but I’m not the type to be rude. I’ve always said hair is hair it WILL GROW BACK. My hair before going in was down to the bottom of my waist with sooooo much thickness...now. Nothing. It’s the thinnest ever. Before I needed two hair ties to put it up now I need a small one from my daughters’ hair ties. It’s so devastating. It was an awful color. Until I found remedies online to naturally bring it back to the blonde I had. I just want you all to know before going to him that just because they own the place doesn’t mean they’re good at it. I MISS LAUREN. She’s the one that I always went to and she never NEVER messed up my hair. Now I know why you let her go Sergio. You felt threatened by her amazing skills. I’m praying my hair grows back from the horrific experience you gave me. :|

Sergio's expertise with color has blown me away!!!!! I have had so many awful coloring experiences and my hair needed serious, color correction. I am more than extremely happy with my hair. Also, the Salon is a light, airy space and the people that work there are nice rather than full of themselves. Great hair and a comfortable experience!

Sam is amazing!! She helped me decide what length worked best for my hair. She cut, washed, dried and styled my hair. I love it! I would highly recommend this place and Samantha. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.

Sergio's never disaapoints. I've gone here several times and each time met with great service. I've gotten beautiful ombres and awesome cuts here. This place is the best to get unique and beautiful hair colors. I highly recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed.

Not happy with this place right now I always speak highly of sergios but I recently went in for a haircut and ended coming home with an uneven hair cut so I'll be lucky if someone can fix it because I dont have much hair to work with after not getting the hair cut I asked for usually I dont care if I get a bad cut but this time u can see the sides are all choppy not faded in to the sides of my head and I got really bad razon that looks like 2 bruises on the back of my neck

I had been debating for a long time about getting highlights and finally decided to do it today. David was the only stylist working and he made me feel comfortable right away. He was very respectful and easy to talk to. He took all the time necessary to make sure my super long hair came out amazing! I loved how intently he worked and how much care he showed for the work he was doing. I will definitely return for touch ups and any other style whims I have. Thank you so much David!

I used to live in Albuquerque years ago so I'm not surprised of the friendly people and customer service. Samantha took me as a walk in, I was there for Balloon Fiestas and needed a hair cut I shaved my sides and back of my hair and was in that ugly stage where it was just growing out funky, Sam made my hair pretty again and she was just so amazing! Any time I visit I'm definitely going to Sergio's to see Sam!!! Thanks chica I really appreciate all you did to make my hair pretty again :)

Had my hair done by the amazing samantha! Let's just say my hair was 10 different tones lol... this girl hooked me up! My hair feels amazing! She used a deep conditioner and left it for 30 min the waiting gave me a krink in my neck but you know what they say.. BEAUTY IS PAIN! haha thanks so much samantha!

First off Samantha was 20 minutes late, and walked in with a Starbucks coffee (not to professional) and she literally chopped my hair... one of the worst haircuts I have ever had! I went in with no layers and a point cut. I explained that because I have hashimoto's my hair grows extremely slow, and I asked her to shape it up, just a trim. I ended up with tons of layers and a face frame! Also I had a color treatment which was not a nice relaxing day at the salon! She left me with my head in the wash bowl for 20-30 minutes which was very uncomfortable and hurt my neck. If you like your basic cut do not go to Samantha she will ruin your hair! Now I have a year or two before I get back to where I was! It is so frustrating I just wanted to give a warning to anyone who reads reviews, because I did my homework and the reviews were good. However they were mostly salon specific, that being said the salon was pretty nice.

This salon is AMAZING!!! Sam has been doing my hair for years now. She listens to what I want done and she always delivers. She has taken me from bright red to blonde. The other staff at the salon are friendly and do amazing work as well.
