I have to be honest, I never thought of going to a salon in the mall, I decided to go here after reviewing some pictures of Hair Colors/cuts by Katlin on Instagram. I was a little nervous because I have gone to an Aveda salon for over seven years! My hair is very short and I am looking to grow it out but it gets very bulky and unruly. When I arrived the staff was very friendly, Katlin was AMAZING she listened to me and really understood what I wanted, she did a great job on my haircut, and came up with a plan as we wait for my hair to grow out! I am definitly happy and will be going back and taking my daughters to Katlin!!

Roxanne did an amazing job! I'm very hesitant to get my hair cut because it never comes out the way I want it to and decided to walk in and give them a try I was extremely happy with the way my hair turned out! I'll definitely be back

Wife got her hair cut tonight, she paid 32 dollars and it is supposed to include wash cut and style. The woman did not wash her hair, barely cut it, and asked if she wanted it styled. Do your job people, if all the stuff is supposed to be included just do it! If it is that big of a deal that you are lazy and don't want to do what a person is paying for then give them a discount.

I went to Regis salon last night hoping to get a miracle done. I wanted my red and black hair transformed into blonde. My hair was resisting but my stylist did not give up. She tried hours helping me with my hair. Took us 2 days and she never gave up or sent me home without me being happy with my hair. During the process my stylist and the other workers made sure I was ok during the process. Asking if I needed water or food (I was there a long time) and they were making sure my scalp and hair wasn't getting damaged. In the end i got the style i wanted and i couldnt be happier. Best experience I have had at Regis salon. ❤❤❤

The staff are very nice. Daphne my stylist is great! She knows what she's doing and did my hair perfectly. I got a perm and wanted a certain look, she nailed it. I would highly recommend her for anyone.

I went in to get highlights I was lied to and overcharged about sixty dollars ($160 total) for a maybe $70 job. Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend. They added extra charges without telling me, ruined my hair, and we're rude when I called to talk to the manager. $160 just for highlights that didn't even look professional.

Why the hell u say u close at 7. I drove an hour to get a hair cut , and get there at 6:20, and they say they're closed. They don't take anyone after 6:15. And only one person was getting hair cut.

My name is Ana Matta and I do not speak English, I use a translator. Yesterday a "professional" ruined my hair. I asked only to tweak the root and for its convenience made me "retouch" of the illuminations I already had and using bleach on them. As a result I burn the hair. My daughter did the Balayague technique and also burned her hair. They deserve no half star.

My wife went here on a whim and came home in tears. She showed the woman what she wanted and when the woman was done my wife told her that the cut looked nothing like the picture. The stylist hemmed and hawed and made excuses.

Stopped in to get my bangs trimmed. They charged me $16.13. Took the girl less then 6 minutes. She did ok but she was nice but the price was very high. For a bang trim. I will never go back and tell everyone I know that they are not the best and over charge.

I've been getting my hair done at Regis for years. Initially in El Paso, Tx; and more recently in Albuquerque (Cottonwood Mall). The services have been great and I have had no reason to complain until tonight. Last week I was alerted by my stylist that she was leaving Regis for another salon in two weeks. She would still see me at Regis for my scheduled appointment tonight (07/12) and after that, she would be at her new salon. Tonight when I showed up, the staff looked surprised and asked why I was there. I stated I had an appointment to which they replied my stylist was no longer there. I advised them I knew she was leaving, but not for two weeks. Again they stated she wasn't there any longer. Sensing a shuck and jive, I left and called the stylist. She confirmed what I suspected: they booted her to the curb without honoring her two week notice and cancelled her appointments without bothering to call them. This is bad form Regis!!! Not only have you lost a damn good stylist, but you've also lost a customer. I suspect you'll lose a few more if that's the kind of business practice/customer service Regis Hair Salon teaches you to practice. I'm taking my business to my stylist's new salon.

Daphne is awesome. She helped me pick out a great color. My first coloring that was done professional. She is a petite artistic young woman inspired to bring beauty out of women. I recommend Daphne. Very professional and awesome staff. I will definitely go back again and agAin.

i will never return here again , ive been twice and got the same exact thing , the last time I paid 150 and this time I was charged 260 , the only thing that looks any different at all is my roots , my hair didn’t get lighter or anything , I DO NOT recommend this place at all .

I had a great stylist when I came in, but they way overcharged for a style and trim. I literally paid $50 to just get my split ends taken care of. I will be looking elsewhere.
