They also had a way to bill me for the pampering. I was so pleased and they were so kind. I highly recommend this wonderful group of women and this amazing salon to anyone.

This salon has a wonderful, upbeat atmosphere! Every stylist has their own niche and they have a commitment to learning and improving their skills. Ebonie brought my mum's hair back to life after a long hospital stay. They are able to accommodate her wheelchair and do it with a smile. It's always a pleasure visiting with these ladies.

I went like 3 weeks ago the lady did a pretty good job the only thing is when I got there it toke the lady a good minute I've got my hair done before and I was in and out hear I was sitting for like 30 min. The workers were very rude. I wanted to get my hair done again by the same lady and when I asked for some box braids she said in a very rude way I don't have time to Do box braids. I would not get braids hear poor Server and bad vibes.

If you want your hair to look like a toddler cut it, this is the place to go. Even with an appointment, they make you wait over an hour. The "stylist" could care less about what I asked for and then proceeded to hack my hair up with an uneven, choppy, mess of a cut. Don't bother and find another place to go. Horribly rude and inexperienced staff in this place.

I had an appt;m on Saturday was there on time Samantha was running 30-40 minutes late. She spent no more than 10 minutes on my cut. I gave her a tip don't know why my hair looks like I cut it myself (uneven and basically a mess). I know you were running late but I deserve the same consideration you gave me the first time. I won't be returning.

I got a Groupon for this place based on the reviews. Everyone here is extremely friendly and super kind, but if you want to be taken care of, do not buy a Groupon. The Groupon was a gift from my partner. I went there to get a deep conditioning, a haircut, and a styling. Pretty cool price for all those things, right? That being said, the deep conditioning was great, it left my hair very soft for a couple of days. However, the haircut was a disaster. There was nothing wrong with the execution itself, but with the attention paid to your personal request. Mind you, I asked for a trim. I wear my hair in long layers and I have bangs, I needed a simple trim and we were good. In the end, the stylist forgot to trim my layers and bangs, she did trim my longest layer, but the rest remained untouched. It was the fastest haircut ever, for all the wrong reasons. My stylist also kept leaving me sitting on the chair unattended for minutes. She'd leave to chat with other people, or help someone else. I don't mind people helping each other, as long as you can just finish your job, but at some point she left because someone brought a puppy and she wanted to see it. In that time, she forgot to do my layers and my bangs, didn't even ask, despite the fact that we discussed it at the beginning of the session AND later on during the haircut. She was just everywhere, except with me. In the end I got a basic trim of my longest layer (the rest remained untouched), and a weird puffy hairstyle of curls (when I asked for loose waves). They made me book and appointment for "maintenance", which I did and later on cancelled. In all honesty, they are very nice people, but they're clearly not looking for new clients. The purpose of a Groupon is to show off your business to potential new clients, but if you treat them like second class, I guess no one would want to come back. I have yet to find someone who does my hair in Albuquerque.

I love Brittany! She did a fabulous job on my hair. I was impressed that she tends to be a little conservative when starting with a new client. She can always cut more at your direction, but she prefers to minimize the trauma dramas. Anyway...Brittany is awesome.
