Outstanding salon! I am new to the area so I had to find a new salon, always a challenge. Not here :) Kimber did my color and it was perfect! The best I have ever had it! She's an expert! I was greeted so warmly by the staff as well. Great location! I highly recommend Moxi hair studio.

Great cuts here by experience hair dressers. Their color skills are great too. Shannon the owner is top notch and works with/trains the newer people there. She has great confidence in their skills. They are incredibly nice there. You can book appointments online or over the phone. I love this place. They make you feel special.

Kimber is the whole package as a stylist. Great haircut, style, and conversation. She loves what she does and it shows. I will admit that $70 is the most I have ever paid for a hair cut, but at least I know it will be a quality cut and experience.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD. My name is Heidi Figura but Im using a friends phone THE worst hair salon experience I have EVER had. This is my first negative review on anything. Ever. It started out well just walking in off the street with an hour wait. Totally understandable. I went in to go from dirty blonde with 4 in of dark brown re-growth so it was a double process which takes awhile. I was there from 1pm to 6:45 and the end result was not the color I asked for: silver/grey (which I've done before) my hair was still blonde. I told him the end result was not the color I asked for. He told me to come in the following day and he would do it again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??! YOU WANT TO PROCESS MY HAIR AGAIN AFTER THE DAMAGE THAT WAS CAUSED BY NOT USING THE OLAPLEX I REQUESTED ??! I NEVER lighten my hair without the olaplex add-on which was requested. After the color I asked the young male stylist if he used it because it did not feel like it. He told me he did and I suspected he was lying so I asked him to show me the bottle. He brought me a BRAND NEW UNOPENED bottle assuring me he used it on my hair. I said, "you are going to insult my intelligence and lie to my face ?" He got very nervous and said he used it. He then went to the owner and whispered something in her ear. I was beyond livid and stormed out before i lost my cool not paying for the service I was so unhappy with. Granted I should have handled it better by talking to the owner but I was beside myself. The owner calls me telling me shes going to press charges. I asked if she even wanted to know why i was unhappy. She said she didnt care. Im going back tomorrow i will keep you posted. Hopefully she'll redeem herself as well as him.

Messed up my twins sister hair completely, the hair stylist put black in my sisters hair, my sister wanted brown in her hair(cause she had to much blonde, wanted a little bit of brown in her hair) now this is the 2nd time coming to a different salon to fix the damage the other girl has done, my sister has had to cut her hair short af cause there was black in her hair and the blonde wouldn’t turn blonde, such a shame that my sister has had to cut her long beautiful hair and has had to spent a lot of money just to take out the black!

Awesome salon. I've seen Genesis and Brea for cuts, both times my superfine hair looked longer afterwards, how cool is that! Genesis gave me a very helpful lesson on how to do a blow out on myself. Brea shaped my eyebrows and made them look elegant, something I'vealways wanted and didn't think was possible for me. Of oourse the atmosphere is calming, just like their hair products are for frizzy hair and whatever else you want to solve. Davines is the purest and most effective, comparable to kerastase but organic and cruelty free. Lacey is a total sweetheart too. Overall a great place..

Shannon has been doing my hair (long, short, spiky, smooth, curly, straight, red, dark brown, ombré...) for a decade. I’ve lived in many different places and I’ve truly never had a better stylist. I don’t put much (any) effort into my hair, but whatever cut/ color combo I have from year to year, I always get requests for my stylist’s contact information. It’s not my weirdly thick, somewhat curly, prematurely graying, fine, dry-tending hair that people are complimenting—believe me. It’s Shannon’s impeccable taste, her uncanny ability to read both her client and her/ his/ their head of hair, and her gentle guidance. Even when I go months between cuts, my hair always grows out looking good. Also, Shannon is an amazing business owner who very carefully chooses her (stellar) employees, and treats them well. The atmosphere at the salon is chill, professional, and comfortably client-focused. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I have been with Camron for several years. I followed him to different Fantastic Sams locations and I have followed him to Moxi. I love the Moxi salon. I think my favorite feature is the head rest in the wash bowl, but I also appreciate the safe environmental practices they use.

I have now been seeing Shannon for several months and I can safely say that I have finally found someone who is consistent and can skillfully cut short hair. As an added bonus, everyone at the Moxi is super friendly and nice. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Moxi salon for almost a year now. I love the look of the salon, the music they play, the owner Shannon, the awesome receptionists, and the consistent great job Genesis does. It’s nice to go to a salon where you feel welcome, the staff is professional and friendly, and you leave with great hair. The owner has gone out of her way to ensure I feel welcome.
