I received a gift certificate from my father in law from Rocher's for 250.00. I tried on 2 occasions to make an apt for a hair cut. Each time I had to cancel bc one of my children became sick. The gift certificate was purchased in December. It had an expiration date of March. They would not honor my gift certificate in April. I was astounded that they would so easily accept 250.00 for no services in exchange.

I went in to get my nails done after being rescheduled 3 days in a row. The owner offered to do them instead of a 4th reschedule, a big mistake. I had no selections in terms of colors or patterns, was lightly burned more than once from the grinder and the file, and she was constantly on her phone instead of focusing on what I was paying for. The work quality was horrendous and rushed, and I still had to pay top dollar for it. Go anywhere else but here for a manicure. The money you'll spend for the service you get would be better spent going into Albuquerque and throwing it out your window on the way.

Paul is amazing. He listens and gives good insight for my hair type, and has such good technique. I got so many compliments on my last haircut that he gave me. A stranger stopped me in the store to tell me that he liked my hair, several weeks after I had it cut. He cuts it so it even looks great growing out. I highly recommend this salon!

There is a hair stylist who works here and she is absolutely amazing. She's very good, talented, and I know she loves her job. I feel she is the best stylist I've ever been to, and I always leave very happy with the result. There is also another lady who does pedicures and manicures, as well as facials. She knows exactly what she's doing and also is very good at her job. I'm sure the other employees are equally talented, and I know they're all nice. The parking is decent, since it's in a Plaza type area but overall this is definitely a highly recommended place!
