I have been here 4 times over the last 4 years for hair cut, different barber each time. All as last resort cause my normal barber is away... Every time they totally mess up my hair, and argue that they did a good job. I even spent a solid 10 minutes explaining what I wanted the barber to do this time, and asked if he was able to do it. You get exactly what you pay for for this 18$ hair cut. Fade is not a fade, abrupt transitions... So not a transition. Even the Boxing on the back is off. They cut hair in 15 minutes, enough said. Save your money and self cut your own hair. Only positive is that it's fast and cheap and nice environment... Maybe good for anyone under 10 years old.

I LOVE this place and I LOVE Ellen! She supposedly fixed in 1 haircut what I've been trying to fix with another hair dresser for the past 2 years! I had extremely dry, split ends. No matter how many times I got my hair cut, it was as if the dead ends just wouldn't go away and my top layer would not grow out. Ellen worked her magic and nh hair looks BEAUTIFUL! She made some great recommendations for hair care (which I was able to pick up in their shoppe) and things have been great. I can't wait to go back!

I scheduled an appointment at the plaza asking for my deva cut and the people on the phone were very nice but when i arrived for my appointment the devacut specialist, Ellen at first seemed nice she asked how i was doing and everything offer me coffee and all of that but she made me feel very uncomfortable while doing my hair. once she seen my hair texture it seemed like she no longer was interested in cutting my hair. she asked me if i washed and combed my hair when she first walked me to her chair and i informed her that i did yet she still said again if you come back here make sure your hair is washed and combed. she made a comment like if you decide to dye your hair from this red or whatever color it is and started to laugh to herself. she was very rough while doing my hair which i would not mind because i understand i have coarse hair but i felt like it was excessive purposely overall the experience was terrible and i will never go back here or reccomend Ellen to anyone. Now almost a week later they are calling my phone number asking for my mother once from a 201 number and i kindly told them i am not with my mother at the moment. a few mins later they called my phone again from a blocked number asking to speak to nicole and i said once again i can have her call you when i get home and the man on the phone says no i will call back. after my mom calls back using her phone the man accuses us of slandering the salon when in fact we are simply leaving a review about my experience there. I felt that i should be able to express how I felt about my experience i do in fact have freedom of speech like anyone else.

Absolutely horrible, the hair stylist did every thing I asked her not to including wrong color and a horrible haircut. The manager did not seem to care either. Do not waste your money here.

Still a happy customer after 10 years! Recently decided to try out Keratin for the first time. I have very thick and coarse hair and regularly get hilights so my hair was in need of something and quick. Natisha suggested Keratin. I absolutely love it. I never in a million years thought my hair can feel this great. ❤️

Simple female hair trim for $20, and $10 for eyebrow. One stop experience for either male or female. The space is huge. My 2-year-old is not stressed at all while waiting. They keep the shop clean and well-maintained.

Great place to get a haircut for both men and women. If you do go here I highly recommend that you see Jeff. He is a magician with those scissors and can help style you for any event. He even helped style me as Logan for Halloween. They are on the pricey side though.

I walked in not knowing what to expect, other than I was desperate for a haircut. I did not have an appt on a Saturday and luckily they were able to take me in right away. Joshua was my stylist and he took such good care of me. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and loved my hair! I will definitely be back!

I'm very disappointed with this place, I've been cutting my son's hair with Aydee for years now, but for the last couple of visits she has screwed up his cut. Last time we showed up a few minutes late for the appt. and she rushed with the cut since she didn't want to be late for her next appt. that she ended up cutting more on one side, way above his ear line, plus she let someone else finish his wash so she could take her next appt. And this time we were early for the appt. I mentioned to her that she had cut it uneven last time and she did it again, this time it looks more noticeable because she cut more on one side by the ears and also by the front, it looks totally uneven, higher cut on one side that can't be fixed, I just have to wait for the hair to grow black . I'm not very happy with the cut. I don't think I'll be cutting his hair at this salon anymore or at least not with Aydee anymore, I'm very disappointed.

Been going to Plaza Salon since 2003. Back then the shop was @GSP mall. Now my wife and daughters go there as well. Walk in welcome. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes to be served. The stylists are experienced, courteous and professional (Jeff, JJ, Jan and everyone else are so nice, owner included). The prices are reasonable. Free parking on site. Highly recommend.

Its a very comfortable place to get my hair done, the stylists are nice n cut my hair as short as i want unlike my previous hairstylist who wouldnt do it. I recommend it!!! If you want bangs done though... i highly recommend sue. Honestly she is the best. She knows just where to cut my haor so it look cute the way I like it. Ive had other people do it n they either miss too many hair or cut too much off.

Did not get haircut i want. Felt completley ignored as to what i wanted and the hair stylist just did what they felt like. Asked for sides and back to be shaved and have top left for comb over and 1 inch layers instead. Would only recommend to people who didnt care what they looked like and just wanted someone to do whatever to their hair. Super cuts listens better than this place.

I called in advance to confirm they accept walk ins and was told someone was available. I got there a few minutes later and was taken right in for a wash and cut with Peggy. I showed Peggy a few photos and she went to work. I could feel that she was very attentive and detailed. She took her time and the cut came out wonderfully. Changing haircutters is always a difficult move with loyalty to my old place for almost 20yrs you know this place must be good to make the move. For myself I've never had to wait the 3 guys always do a great job and their hours are a plus if you need to get a cut later in the day they are open late most nights.

This unassuming hair salon off the side of the highway hides a massive and quite good salon. There are a ton of seats inside, so the wait is never long though making a reservation is never a bad idea. It doesn't have the atmosphere or attention of a smaller local barber shop, but I got a pretty good cut here. I'll be back.
