The team is professional, educated and is tuned into the classics as well as the latest hair trends. My daughter has had her done here for formal and will be getting balayage high lights with Michelle. Michelle and Sashia are great with my naturally curly hair and single process color. Opted for a blowout for a friends wedding, which did not involve a washing/blow out for volume, so I'm unclear as to why it's called that. It was just poorly curled. I asked them to pin it up at the sides, apparently 4 bobby pins equals an up do because they called me a week later to charge me more. The curls fell out before the ceremony even started, so essentially I payed a large amount of $ just to have to redo my own hair.

I adore this salon! Every staff member is incredibly talented and passionate about what they do. Truly remarkable and I always love how my hair comes out. I moved a while ago and still havent found as good a place to get my hair done. Highly recommend!

Would have given a 0 Star if I could by far the worst salon I have ever went to. The owner is very unprofessional and does not train her staff in customer service. Everyone there was mean. I signed a contract 3 months before by wedding and was told they would have as many girls that I needed to get my wedding party out of the salon in the time I needed. Then two weeks before my wedding they called me and said they only had one make up artist and one hairstylist for nine girls during a holiday weekend because they were all going on vacation. When I questioned what they promised I was told if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else. I began to cry because it was my wedding and two weeks before on a holiday weekend. Thinking I would never be able to find someone. The owner wouldn’t even get on the phone they claimed they lost my contract and she had the girls do her dirty work. They finally said they would accommodate me and the owner would come in to help with my wedding. One week before my wedding I was told I had to pay for nine girls in full prior to the wedding date and if I didn’t like it I can go somewhere else. And they said I was given the wrong contract and if I don’t sign the new contract they wouldn’t come it for my wedding party. I said my contract said all I had to do was give a $200 deposit plus $100 to open the salon which I did. Why would they change this on me a week before my wedding. I never heard of paying for services at the the hair salon in full before services are rendered and just for asking a question I was told I was impossible and they stated they did everything they could to accommodate me and we’re sorry we can’t help you. They did nothing to accommodate me but make me cry and stress me out. Within one day I found a wonderful place in point pleasant beach called Salon Elysian and they opened the salon for me didn’t charge me and extra $100 just to open it like la Palais did. They Accommodated 11 people instead of 9. They were so nice treated everyone with respect and kindness. Did a beautiful job and made my day as the bride wonderful. Don’t go to la Palais if you want to be happy on your wedding day.

Le Palais Hair Lounge is amazing! Sashia is a fabulous stylist. She always gives me the exact hair cut and style I like, paying attention to what I ask for. I highly recommend Le Palais Hair Lounge. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The moment you walk in, they offer you something to drink or eat and make you feel very welcomed. A few days before your appointment you receive an email reminding you of your upcoming hair cut, which is very helpful. The day after your haircut, a phone call to make sure you're happy with everything. Everyone is very helpful and friendly at Le Palais. I would never go anywhere else, they're fantastic!!

Tremendously talented and courteous staff. Sashia exemplifies these traits. It's a terrific establishment, and if you're not a patron already then it is certainly worth a try. Especially if, like me, you have a serious phobia about hair cuts/styling/treatments. The staff will put you completely at east, and take exquisite care of you.

I have been coming here since Oct 2014. I have not been disappointed. The receptionist always greet me and asks me if I want something to drink. Stylists are nearly dressed and very professional. Appointments run on time and I get a call after every appointment to make sure I am happy with it. I feel comfortable and trust my stylist Cosette. Definitely recommend it for the service and overall experience. They do coloring, perms, up do's make up. They also sale BB hair products and recently introduced a skin care line.

Sashia and the team at Le Palais have done their best to make me look as presentable as possible over the last 5 years. I think they have done an excellent job. The client experience is second to none. Not only are you offered food and beverages but they record what you like for next time. For someone who went to barbers his entire life the concept of getting a follow up call the next day to see how you liked your hair cut and to answer any questions you might have is mind blowing. On numerous occasions I have purchased gift packages for the important ladies in my life and they couldn't have been any happier. They have all since become regular customers which I think is the greatest vote of confidence. Perhaps most importantly of all, if you ask for advice about how to improve your appearance or to get a second opinion on a new look they will give you their honest opinion as to what will work and not work.
