Heena is such a great employee at the salon. Since I met her the first time, she did satisfactory work. I was impressed and satisfied. I finally found someone who did a good job. She is a great person at heart and she always has a smile on her face. It doesn't matter how tired she is, she works until the end and she is a hard worker. She is friendly and she keeps up a good conversation. Whenever I go to this salon, I always go to Heena. She is the best! I give her a thumbs up every time. Good job Heena!

I love this salon! I used a Groupon for eyelash extensions. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. Everyone was friendly! I have beautiful lashes now! Quick and simple! They are clean and the salon offers so much at great prices. Definitely recommend :)

Saroj and Razia are the most amazing ladies!! My eye brows always come out on point! I have been going with them for years especially Razia when she first was in the East Brunswick Mall!! Definitely 5 stars ! They are the sweetest ladies ever !!

It's just an average salon. I went there for hair color. One old lady did coloring which turned out to be no color for my grey hairs and then she did it twice stating that my hairs were hard, dry and curly and I needed to color my hair regularly to cover my grey hairs. It was annoying that her job is to color hair not to comment on my hair when I didn't ask. And the color washed out in just 3-4 washes. Will not go there again and would not recomment to anyone, but I was surprised with all such wonderful reviews. I'm just thinking either parlor owner is quite good in publishing her own reviews.

Very upset customer. Will never go there again or recommend to anyone. My hair was damaged and is still falling out after stripping the color. The colors that resulted were nowhere near the original color I asked for. Claimed they “forgot” to cut my hair but charged me full amount we agreed on. After washing my hair and seeing the extent of the damage I asked for a partial refund because I was scared to let them touch my hair again and the answer was sorry no. At least refund me for that you didn’t do. Still no. I was told come back and we will re color and cut. But considering how disappointed I am with the extent of the damage done to my hair I wasn’t going to let them touch it again with either color of cut. I did go someone else to color over my hair but the damage is very extensive and will just have to wait till it all grows out.

$25.00 dollars for a haircut and eyebrow threading?! You can’t beat that. Both the ladies who work here did an amazing job on my hair and eyebrows. I’ll be coming back!

Booked an appointment with them. This would be my first time coming into the salon. They call me the day of to let me know that they double booked and will not be able to accommodate me unless I wait. I needed my hair done by a certain time. They should have just told me upfront they could not take me so I would have been able to find a place that could take me. Now I don’t have an appointment for my hair( it’s almost impossible to make a hair appointment without any notice). Very unhappy and unsatisfied.

I'm new to the area and needed eyebrow threading. NEVER AGAIN will i go to Impressions. First of all the place was dirty. Just dusty and disorganized. Girl at the desk "no hello how can i help you" nothing. I asked for eyebrow threading and she said "you can go back". The threading itself was not very good. I had to come home and reshape them. And if all of that wasn't bad enough someone had a little kid in the salon running around screaming and hollering. Look - when I go to the salon I want peace not chuck e cheese. I don't recommend this place at all.

Went into the salon with a specific look I wanted and came out in tears. Was going from dark brown to blonde. First stylist I had was confident she could do it with do problems, then the owner comes and takes over, bleaches my hair 5 times, damaging my hair behind return. My hair is fried not even able to be styled in anyway and clumps of my hair literally came out during the process and everyday after. I’m left with not only a hairstyle I hate but a color I didn’t even want because the stylist thought it would look better. IM NEVER IN MY LIFE RETURNING TO THIS SALON !!!! and on top of it they overcharged for something I didn’t even like or want. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I have been a regular customer to Impressions for the last couple of years ever since I moved to NJ. They have always been friendly and nice. I have done my facials and eyebrows with both Heena and Saroj. I would make sure I do facials, wax and eyebrows with them even when I have travel plans. Michael did haircut to my son and he loves it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else even when I m in a hurry. Love you all!! Good luck and keep it up!!

Amazing place for guy haircuts. Michael is an amazing barber and I have been coming here for years now. My entire family comes to this salon to get their hair done. My sister just got the keratin treatment today and she looks amazing. I also get my nose waxing here usually and tons of people come for their eyebrows.

I walked in and asked how much full face wax would cost, and the said $22 I asked to have my eye brow area only to be waxed, and she told me that would be $25 As I was paying at the door, they counted it all for $27 and asked for tip. I get the same exact thing dome at Roma Beauty Salon on Milton for $23 with tip.

Worst place ever!!!!!! They don't even know how To do the basics. I wish I can give zero stars.. I went for just blow dry and Michael DAMAGED MY HAIR!!! He was ripping my hair off and pulling my hair out, and my hair was shedding like crazy, he is extremely rude and has zero patience, wants to finish in fifteen minutes because he has other customers or victims I should say!!! Simply He doesn't know what he is doing, So if you want to damage your hair go to Michael. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

All of the services are below par so don't risk your skin and hair at these salon. Whatever good reviews you see are either posted by the owner herself or are fake.

The one eyebrow threading woman totally chopped the end of the eyebrow and took way too much hair out. So one eyebrow was longer than the other. She then proceeded to gang three people on me to tell me I was wrong. I showed the one woman pictures of what my eyebrows look like and she had the nerve to tell me I colored them in. I never colored my eyebrows in a day in my life I love my eyebrows. I was so disgusted I walked out. Never going there again. Thank god.

Wonderful service! Michael and Veronica in particular are stellar barbers. I've been coming here for years and have never had any issues. Today I got a keratin treatment and my stylist was very accommodating and helpful. I get my eyebrows threaded here and I always get compliments on them now. This is an excellent place for all of your hair needs.
