BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY EVER EVER EVER!!!!!!! I had an appointment in Wednesday because was my sisters birthday. And I told her please make suree for my appointment because I have a n event, I dont wanna go without my hair done . She said okay see you. When I arrived to salon she said I can do for your just half hair because I dont havee timee, they said you are 15 mins late and a day before I wait her 20 minutess , soooo ??!!! Doesn’t make sencee half hair today half tomorrow. Bad service ever! never again

I absolutely love my experiences at ELITE Salon Spa Academy! From the minute you walk in to the end of the visit you feel as a VIP. The staff is very professional, friendly and always offer something to drink. Salon is gorgeous and clean. I have never been to a salon that gives such a relaxing scalp massage. My favorite stylist, Marta cuts my hair. I don’t need pictures or say anything, I just trust her in 100% and I always look beautiful! My husband, kids and my friends have their haircuts done by Agnes, Mariola, Ewa, Sylwia, Gosia, Justyna – they all are always giving outstanding services and always do a consultation before the haircut. I also have my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Marzena or Carina. Both of them also do the most accurate facials and use high quality products, such as SOTHYS. Lorena does my nails. They always look perfect and fabulous. And she is the nicest person I have ever met. In the salon they have great hair, body and face products that you also can buy at a very good price. They always have great promotions. The most important is that all the stylists and technicians are frequent trained to knows all the latest trends and to better meet client needs. I don't see myself going anywhere else. Highest quality services at an affordable price. Best salon ever. Love this place.

I was just there last week for a haircut with Marta. As always, after walking in, I was greeted with smiles and asked if I wanted some water, coffee, or tea. I didn't have to wait long and the haircut experience began. I am always asked how I want my hair styled, but I tell Marta that she's the professional and I'm in her hands - needless to say, I am never disappointed. She knows what look to go for and how the hair needs to be styled to fit each individual's complexion. Also, I always look forward to hair washing. Why? Is it the hot towel they put around your neck? Is it the neck and scalp massage? Or, is it the shampoo and conditioner that gets to the roots and makes my hair feel silky smooth? I think it's all of the above. Thank you guys and see you later this week for a facial (oh, did I forget - they do incredible facials... my skin never felt so smooth)!

Looks can be deceiving. If I could,I wouldn’t give them any stars.I called specifically to make sure that whoever is doing my hair knows exactly WHAT they’re doing. I went there a month earlier to talk to the person just to make sure she knows what she’s doing . My hair WAS with natural roots and blonde ends FROM being BLONDE. “The color that I wanted was ice blonde almost gray looking”.Obviously that didn’t happen . I ran crying “literally”from the salon with CARROT colored hair!!! The most annoying thing was when the manager was trying to talk to me she was smirking! Elite salon and spa is the go to place for all my needs. I consistently get my nails done here with Cecylia and/or Lorena. They both are my go to for dipping powder manicure. Pedicures are amazing by Cecylia. I recently got my haircut with Mariola. She is absolutely amazing I had medium length hair and cut it right above my shoulders. She understood what I wanted and gave me something better than I expected!

1st time here getting a powder dip and I loved it. So clean. Professional. Kind. Organized. Loved the color swatch tower. So I came back to do my hair, June 2019 JOANNA did such an amazing job with my hair. Went from a copper to a nice caramel balayage. Took 4 hrs because my hair being so long and the copper wouldn't leave. But it came out amazing!! Love it! Came back again, Aug 2019 JOANNA, I appreciate her work. My hair came out so pretty. Chopped a foot off of hair!

Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service but when it comes to hair cutting they do poor job. I went there 4 times and 3 out of 4 times my haircut was terrible.they don’t check the shape of your head, hair structure and it’s natural flow. Uneven cuts to the point that I can’t even get my hair in the pony tail. Don’t waste your tome and money. You would be better off going to the barber shop.

This salon and spa is an answer to my prayers! I finally found a place that is upscale, professional, and truly skilled with hair! Also, their nail spa and facial services are also amazing! Plus, in comparison to some other places that claim to be high end but don’t even come close to how Elite is, their prices, in my opinion, are very reasonable! The service is also top notch! When you come in they sit you down for your appointment, ask you if you want coffee and what flavor you want... I always get hazelnut... then the owner comes around to say hello, ask you how you are doing, and what you’re getting done as well as your experience for the day with your service. She is so professional! She runs an amazing, super professional salon! All the stylists are very nice and personable and they are all highly trained and licensed! I can’t say enough good things about this place! So glad I finally found my very own salon! ☺️❤️

Makeup was horrible. It was the day of prom and I was already stressed. I went to get my makeup done and was extremely disappointed. Their so called makeup area is the front waiting area placed on a small round table with almost everything purchased from drug stores. I sat on a stool holding a hand held mirror to my face. Not what I expected for such an overpriced “professional” place. She used dirty brushes and sponges on me and used makeup from little packets. As she applied foundation I told her it was not the right shade. However, she insisted it was fine. I was almost ready to break out in tears from all the stress. I told her to just do my eye makeup. It wasn’t the shade in the picture but it was alright and the eyelashes looked great. Then I asked for winged eyeliner and it turned out bumpy. For full face it cost 75 dollars but I insisted to only do eyes after that and paid 36 dollars. Needless to say I went home and fixed my own makeup in tears. Extremely disappointed. The girl kept asking me what the issue was and when I repeated myself she simply said it’s because of your skin. My skin was clear and perfectly fine. I paid and gave her a tip as well. I know she tried to satisfy me so I felt bad being so unhappy. The place is beautiful however and they do a great job with hair and other areas they specialize in throughout the salon.

I had to take the time to share my experience, because I've spent so much money after the time I went here to correct the color. The service and customer service are amazing, people are attentive and nice , however when it comes to coloring , I don't think this is the right place. As you can see the other reviews they talk about great "facials or manicures" but if you're looking to get something like an ombré or something that is not a one step coloring process, look for another option, unless it's something simple or a haircut. I went back twice and I couldn't get the results I wanted, not to mention they're not cheap. I spent over 350$ I'm just sharing this for people looking to get your hair colored as I know how frustrated it is to not be happy with the results and having your hair to go through so much damage :(

I made an appointment to have my hair dyed black. After they rinsed out the dye and started blow drying it I noticed red streaks in my hair. At the same time the guy dying my hair said "the color looks good". I said "No. I asked for black". The owner then came over and said "I mixed the color myself". She proceeded to say "you should have told us it was your 1st time getting color here"... oh, so now it's my fault?! Then she brought me in the back to give me a color rinse. Not sure how long this will last. They gave me a free blowout but needless to say I was not happy with there service and will not be going back.

This salon is 1st class elegance! Full service from your head to your toes! Expensive! You are served a beverage and a little sweet something( cookie or chocolate). Their service is gratifying ( hot towel neck and head massage included with hair cut.) Of course prices depend on the extent of your service . I get hair coloring, highlights, cut and blow dry. Around 200 dollars.

I went to this place for just a haircut and blow dry. Joanne did my hair. I asked her to cut my hair shorter making sure it’s the same length in the back and in the front. She made it look nice. Anyway ,next morning I noticed my hair was so uneven. I put my hair in a ponytail how annoyed I was and one big peace of hair was sticking out. I called the salon to explain how dissatisfied I was with my haircut, they apologized and asked me to come back to fix it which I did. Obviously with a different stylist. She tried her best, but overall I wasn’t happy at all. I might go to do my nails or get s blow dry at this place, but I can’t trust them with the haircut. If you can’t cut hair you shouldn’t be called “stylist”and absolutely not charge anyone with over $60 for such a horrible haircut. Update: The owner reached out to me and she fixed my car. She gave me a complete different look that agreed to it. She was lovely and I appreciate her taking the time to make things right for me. On the other hand, I still wouldn’t recommend Joanna, but I would check out some other stylist.

Today I had the most amazing experience with the owner of the salon. The pixie cut she created was really spectacular and looked just like the photo I showed her. She also took the time to talk me through it and explained what she was going to create prior to ever cutting. The reason I chose the salon initially was the countless five star reviews. But my expectations were exceeded starting with how the receptionists treated me on the phone to the moment I showed up. Everyone made me feel like I was #1. The salon is beautiful and the employees are very catering and lovely. I plan to come back soon and get a mani-pedi next. Awesome faculty. HIGHLY recommend.

The ladies were so sweet and friendly. They took my jacket so it won't be in my way. Kaitlyn washed my hair and she was so gentle. She offered me something to drink which I never expected. Gosia briefed me that my hair was really damaged and I needed to cut it. The outcome of my haircut was so awesome and loved my new bangs. I've been going to Elite Hair Studio and Spa for several years now and I don't plan on switching any time soon! I recently came in to get my roots touched-up in order to be prepared for the holidays. Since I'm away at college for most of the year, I can only make appointments last minute due to the uncertainty of when I'll be home. This poses no issue to the front desk because they are always accommodating and successful in finding an opening for my appointment. From the moment you walk in the door, you are warmly greeted by everyone who is there. The front desk are always quick on their feet and ask if anything is needed and if you would like anything to drink while you wait to be pampered. I had my appointment made with Joanna for my root touch-up. However, Joanna noticed that my hair color was becoming a little too bland and monotonous and recommended adding some high/low lights in order to add some contrast to the color. I was highly pleased with the outcome because my hair looks a lot more natural. It is visible to see that the staff here are constantly learning new techniques in cut and color in order to have new ideas that would best suit the clients. I look forward to coming into the salon every time. I highly recommend this salon and spa for anyone looking for great results!!!
