Good haircut, fast. Appointment recommended, pricey but worth it

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had. First time coming here on a recommendation. I saw Crystal and showed her pictures of my previous haircut that I was trying to go back to. Instead I got a way too short, bob-style cut (I was going for a layered A-line) with a single choppy layer that looks like a shelf running across my head. So disappointed. I've never cried from such a bad haircut in my life and everytime I look in the mirror I want to and actually did a few times. 10 out of 10 would never reccomend this place to anyone.

Leah and Krystal are superb hairstylists, doing whatever you ask them to do. I also appreciate their ideas of ways to make me happier with my hair when I have run out of ideas. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly and easily and one that is convenient for me. Leah even knows what kind of magazines I enjoy as I wait for my color to process, and she has them ready for me before I sit down in the chair! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional describes this salon and the staff. I look forward to my time with Leah and Krystal every five weeks!
