BEWARE! Son grew his hair out all summer. Asked for sides cleaned up and length left on top. Even showed a picture of what he wanted. I check in 10min later, all his top curls are on the floor. He is so upset! School pictures tomorrow!! Hate stylist who do what they see instead of what the customers wants. They just lost a mom of 4 boys trust. Onto a new place!

After having dreadlocks for 5 years, i was nervous getting a regular hair cut due to all the bad stories i had heard. Everyone here was extremely friendly and gave me the exact haircut i was looking for. Plus the hair wash and warm cloth were a spectacular touch.

With call ahead and nice staff it's a great palace to get a cut. If you don't call ahead then it can always be a long wait Due to its popularity. They aren't pushy about extra services. Plus they have lollipops for the kids.

What a nice experience. I went to a more uppity salon in Amherst a few months ago and was pressured into more services than I needed. I wanted just a haircut, but they did a shampoo and a blowout (upcharges) without asking me. Paid $50 + tip. But Supercuts was great! My stylist, Nicole was friendly, cut my hair just as I requested, and not only did I pay less than $20 (before tip), I liked my haircut here better than the one I got at the snooty salon! I have long, thick, coarse hair, so it's such a bargain. If you have long hair and are afraid of salons, thinking they'll cut too much, go to Supercuts and ask for Nicole. She was very nice and didn't cut more than I asked her too. Great experience! I'll be back.

Terrible place for a haircut. My hair was cut bad and lady was not courteous or interactive at all. She was older than rest of the professionals there and seemed very aloof. She didn’t not complete her work at all and never cleaned up after she was done. Very very bad.

This place is just terrible !I had one young girl do a cut and a two color foil. the foil was terrible. she put all blonde in a few areas and then dark color stripes in other places. There was no blending at all. so I had two thick stripes a blonde up front. This young girl was not properly trained.

Checked my son in online, when we arrived the girls at the desk were more interested in their conversation than greeting us. Had to interject to be acknowledged. Then once I gave our name the girl didn't respond, just kinda stared into space. Two other customers walked in after us and were helped first, and i was left wondering if they actually checked us in or not. A simple "it'll be just a moment" or "there are a couple ahead of you" goes a long way. Lots of whispering about who's going to take who. The stylist we eventually got did a great job, but the girl working the register and checking people in needs some training.

Just make sure to be clear about a blade or a guard. The hairdresser chose a much shorter blade then I normally use and started with the top of my head. I was bald for 3 weeks.

Very exceptional place to receive a cerebral hair cut. The ladies that cut, are experts of their craft. They make it look easy, and they do it so quick. Sometimes I'm out in less than 8 minutes. I leave there with a fresh, slick, confident head of hair.
