When I want to experiment, he knows just how far to go, and when I need stability, he brings me right back. It's a bit of a drive for me, but completely worth it.

I have been going to H2O salon for over a year now. I am always treated very well, whether it is in the salon or over the phone making an appointment. My hair is always cut and styled beautifully before I leave, and I LOVE the Oribe hair products that they sell! One of my favorite things is the spray tanning. I have done it once a week all summer and have never looked or felt so good about myself! Katy always does a great job, is personable and totally professional. When I moved to Bedford, I knew nothing of the salons in town. I tried out a few, with disappointing results. When I found H2O, I was apprehensive because I had been let down so many times. Boy was I surprised! I was greeted courteously and offered a beverage after the greeter took my jacket and hung it up before helping me into my robe. My stylist, Bianca, took one look at the mess that my hair had become and in ONE TREATMENT corrected the errors and made my hair look absolutely GORGEOUS! I found a really good place and an amazing stylist. I will never go anywhere else again!

Today was my second visit to H2O Salon in Bedford. My stylist is Tyler. I switched salons after a long time being a loyal customer for a long time at another salon. I loved the owner and I loved my stylist, BUT for some reason my stylist just could not color my hair without coloring my forehead, ears and neck. I decided to choose another salon and H2O was my first choice because of their top 100 salon recognition in Elle magazine. H2O is Boston like! The stylists level of education is apparent on the floor, very impressive. Having experience in hair as a young person working in a salon and working on makeup professionally I noticed that three of the stylists on the floor were using techniques that were creative and progressive. The owner was working on a client's blow-dry and I had never seen anybody use the specific technique that she was using. I mentioned it and she explained that she was trained in Paris, it was obvious that she was a hair artist. The stylist have passion and that trickles down from the owner's passion and how she embraces education. Tyler is off to Manhatten next week to take a few classes with Bumnble and Bumble!! I'm very happy with my hair. We should love our hair and a hairstylist is personal beauty consultant to take care of your crowning glory. Don't settle, mke an appointment. Thank you Tyler! I'M highly impressed with the professionalism at this salon! I have encountered a lot of issues lately trying to find a stylist suited for me but as soon as i walked into H2o i felt welcomed. As far as my stylist Sasha i would highly recommend to anyone! She took the time to consult with me an find to what i really wanted. She was very pleasant. My color and cut came out better than ever an because she discussed the whole process i was able to blowdry myself at home an it looks great! I visited H20 for the first time today after booking an appointment online. The staff was absolutely lovely! I went in for a lip wax and requested to pay before the waxing because my skin always breaks out in hives after a wax. After the wax, Haley put a cream on my face that helped cool it down. For the first time, my lip doesn't look like I was stung by a bee afterwards! Thanks so much Haley!! I will definitely be back!

Matt is my hair stylist at H20 and I followed him here from his previous salon. He is amazing at hair color and giving you what you are looking/asking for. He never shys away from when I ask for that Icy blonde that a lot of hair stylists talk you out of getting. He is super knowledgable and you can tell he knows what he is doing becuase he will explain why he is doing certain things to get exactly the result you are looking for. He also gives great hair cuts too that are super trendy to give me the exact hair im looking for and I leave so happy! I also get a lot of questions at my job about who does my hair because it is always that great style others are looking for! He is great and this salon is great!!

Terrible. Don't go here. Ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. I asked for a spiral perm, double checked they could do it before I even scheduled the appointment, then showed a picture of what I wanted, just to make sure they knew what I was asking for. I never faced the mirror until the very end so I had no idea they used the smallest curlers, rather than the big loose ones I specifically asked for. The girl had no idea what she was doing, and neither did the owner. There was a guy standing next to her the whole time watching and telling her what to do, while the owner made comments about not knowing what was being done. It's not just that though, half of my hair didn't even curl! It is still my natural hair! (I have had a spiral perm before, done correctly, about 8 years ago and it was perfect.) The only parts that did curl were the first 1-2 inches around my scalp, in terrible tiny curls. They refuse to give me my money back, offering to fix it or another service. Nope. I am getting married and I refuse to let them touch my hair ever again. The last thing I need is their incompetence making my hair fall out before my wedding. I just want my money back so I can apply it to a real salon and get my hair done the right way. Without everyone commenting about how they don't know what to do. Also, not a huge minus for me, but they barely spoke to me. I get it, I work with people all day long and I'm not super talkative, but at least talk to your clients if they are there for 2 hours! Save your hair, time and money and go to another salon.

When you go into the salon, the atmosphere is very professional. The stylists are all people that you can connect with and they are very friendly. I personally recommend Gretchen since she is highly trained in her work. I have gotten multiple hair treatments including corrective color, fantasy hair color, touch-ups, blowdrys, and haircuts. All the stylists are very good at what they do so no matter who you book with your experience at H2O will be enjoyable and stress free.

I chose this salon because the had recently won an award but my stylist gave me layers without my permission and lightened my hair to the wrong color. The toner on my roots made them look orange, but she said she liked the color. Then she fixed my hair by putting a darker color on top and then since it took so long she made me blow dry my own hair because she had another client to attend to. No one should ever get their hair done here.

H20 is a great salon! The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. I felt comfortable immediately from walking in. All the staff were smiling, and dressed professionally. My stylist was Matthew! He was amazing!! I gave him a few of the ideas, that I had resonating with me, from the few weeks prior. And he took them along with the ideas and visions he came up with during consult...and made MAGIC happen. During the process, I got to learn a lot about my hair type and how I can be taking care of my mane and achieve my goals to grow it beyond my tail bone. He was knowledgeable to the product lines used at h2o salon. I love my hair he will be the only person I let touch my hair from “hair on out”!

The salon is not a professional salon and it's similar to just a Great Clips or Supercuts nail salon if you want to get a really nice hairstyle or something more details I don't recommend going to this as they have mostly beginner hairstylist working there which is fine but if you are looking for more advanced type of treatments or hairstyles do not go here and their hair stylist are very rude

I have had to go to another salon for the last few months because I was traveling and I did not realize the H2O difference until I went elsewhere. It is amazing. My hair cut from the other two salons I went to were so bad my hair even grow in differently. Always a great cut and color with Tyler! Today I saw Matthew since Tyler wasn’t in and as expected, a great cut and blow out. The ONLY thing I can say for the 4 Not 5 star review, is that every time there is the weirdest/elevator music playing! Gives the place a weird vibe and if I didn’t love Tyler/Matthew so much I wouldn’t keep Coming back. Just play some normal Music and totally a 5/5!

Ended up at this salon on a whim and I'm so glad I did! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and squeezed me in for appointments to get done what I needed done really quickly. Briana is amazing and extremely talented and gave me beautiful, fused extensions for my wedding day after she returned me to my natural hair color. She also gave me the BEST blowout I've ever had in my life and I'm still not over it, haha. I was nervous about the extensions, and they're NOT cheap, but she's had them herself for years and relates her own experience to the client which for me was really helpful bc they do require maintenance. I couldn't believe how full and gorgeous the hair was after she installed them, it was honestly breathtaking on our big day and people couldn't stop commenting on my hair! So...huge thank you to Briana!!! This salon is over an hour from me, but it's worth it. In addition, Lilly was fantastic and gave me my first (and amazing) airbrushes spray tan as well as an eyebrow tint which looked great. She also did a "trial" lash extension on me to check sensitivity of the glue which we found out I had so we couldn't rebook, but I'm confident the lash extensions would have looked amazing if we were able to go forward with it. Because we couldn't go this route, she suggested a lash lift and got me in last minute so that my lashes looked long and perfect for my wedding as well. I honestly don't know how I used to live in Manchester and NOT know about this place!

The only reason I would give them any stars is Kelly the stylist is fantastic- the rest of the salon is terrible. The communication and organization is non existent. I had an appointment for extensions- it is an extremely long appointment- I blocked off time form work to do this and made the appointment 3 months in advance, was told 3 weeks prior that it couldn't happen because they were doing a class. Even when my stylist offered to see me in a back room , the salon would not allow it. Ultimately Kelly was kind enough to come to my house. The hair was ordered, and then I was called a couple of weeks later to order the hair again, as they had not done it. The night before my appointment, I get a call that they don't have the hair. "maybe" it would be in tomorrow. So, here I am home from work waiting to see if I even can do it. They called mid morning top say it came in and she would be right over. After waiting another hour, I called and was told she just left- I told the receptionist that that is not "right over" . I insisted I get a call from the owner- a request I had made several times throughout this ordeal. NEVER heard from her. Ridiculous- that is not how you run a business or keep clients. I will be sure to tell everyone about this horrible experience.

Worst hair salon ever went there at 1.30pm for my appointment after I booked 3 days prior and was warned that I would be charged 50% if I didnt show up. They said they will call me the morning of my appointment to confirm ..noone called... I did at around noon. They confirmed the time and told me to come at 1.30pm which I did. I was there at 1.20 pm with my 2 weeks old newborn and once I arrived they told me I had to wait 5 min which in the end turned out to be 45min.... Once Mathew was able to take me (even though he was still with an other customer ) I showed him on his instagram profile the exact picture I wanted he said he would do it. During my whole appointment he was working back and forth between me and 2 other clients and had to ask for his colleague Tyler to rinse me several times .. he didnt even check on my color I was the one to remind him that time passed each time (roots and highlight) I told him I was late as it took much more time that I thought and I had to feed my newborn he told me he just needed 3 minutes to rinse my hair. Of course once he took the foil out he saw that he completely messed up my hair BIG TIME and he spent an other 50min trying to tone my hair and fix it. He finally gave up. I was SO DISAPPOINTED WITH MY HAIR I had big chunks of highlights not what you would call a balayage and GREEN UNDERTONE highlights contouring my face. I JUST WANTED TO LEAVE HE told me I could come tomorrow to have it fixed by him and of course I declined I asked for a discount and the lady at the reception was so rude threatening me that she would send me people if I didnt pay .. I swear I would've escalated the things and even call the cops if I was by myself but lucky for them I had my newborn with me she gave me a 10% discount and I had to pay $137 for them to RUIN MY HAIR COMPLETELY. Thank god for MELISSA at the mall of new hampshire who tried to fix my hair I dont know what I would have done without her. Apparently I'm not the first one to come to her after my hair got ruined at the h20 salon. Also when a call to prayer went off on my phone I heard Matthew hold his laugh and he told me we accept everyone here ... the fact that he feels he has to say this to me is extremely rude and offensive and goes to show that these people are only after money no values or respect for their customers.. and after I talked with a couple of people I'm now convinced that that salon is only after your money they dont care if you leave unhappy and not satisfied as long as you pay. I dont recommend this salon ..worst experience ever. The photos attached are taken at the hair salon where I got my hair fixed thank god also I want to mention that I got a hair cut too while there and was charged way less that what I had to pay for roots and highlights at h2o.

Wonderful experience I’ve wanted grey hair for a few years. Two stylists at my regular salon weren’t able to achieve it, so I decided to just let my natural grey grow out. Well, short on patience, I started to look for a new salon and began watching a few on social media. H2O stood out for two reasons: their ongoing education and their results. Scheduling an appointment was very easy (online) and I got an appointment within 2 weeks. I scheduled a partial foil to cover up the foils around my face. I was warmly greeted when I arrived at the salon and didn’t wait long to meet Selma. After a thorough consultation it was clear that corrective color and a foil were necessary, over a couple of appointments. Wow, she listened to me and set the right expectations! As I sat there with foils, I observed the owner deliver a precision cut that was out of this world and I listened to the other stylists work together in a real collaborative manner. The overall feel of the salon made me feel relaxed and confident in my choice. At the sink, I got a terrific wash and in the chair I got a perfect blow out. So, when she turned my chair around I smiled. Selma exceeded the expectations she had set earlier. She was pleased and I was thrilled. Not only had she done a wonderful job, but I knew I found my new salon. I’m not a hugger, so in my mind she got a HUGE hug of thanks. Check out was so efficient and I got a new client gift bag, with . . . well you’ll have to make an appointment to find out. Thanks H2O, see you in August!

If I had to pick one word to describe my experience at H2O salon it would have to be exemplary. The service was outstanding from when I walked in the door till I walked out. I had Katy as my stylist and ever since she's been cutting my hair I have gotten more complements than ever before. And all this great stuff isn't even the best part, which is the prices, you can get a top of the line cut at an affordable price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I think a salon is only as good as its stylists and Molly is a good one. Though as a guy there's not much to one of my cuts I'm very happy with how she cut my hair and I can't say that about every stylist I've been to. She's also conversational and provided this New Hampshire newbie (I just moved here from Massachusetts) with some valuable real estate advice. This was my first visit but I've found who will be cutting my hair from now on. The salon itself is also a pretty soothing environment and I love that they offer a referral program. So smart to incent your happy customers to spread the word.

I visited H2O Salon Spa for the first time today and I was blown away by the great service, attention to detail on my hair, and the upbeat atmosphere. I received a fabulous trim from Cierra, and the salon exceeded my expectations! My hair was very fried and had a basic style beforehand, and it was transformed into a gorgeous and healthy style. I was pleased to see they use top of the line hair products as well. I was able to keep my length and add more movement within my straight hair. I loved my new hairstyle and other clients that also had appointments during mine were very pleased with H2O services! Hair stylists are dedicated to their craft and also are bubbly and friendly. You cannot go wrong with this upscale and professional salon. It can be difficult to find a trustworthy hairstylist, and I can guarantee you will find a trustworthy stylist here. I highly recommend this salon to anyone.

On July 24th I called H20 Hair salon in Bedford NH. I asked them if they had colorist that specialized color correction in bleach blondes and if they use Olaplaex. After holding on the phone for a bit the receptionist said yes and I booked the appointment. At the appointment I talked at length with the stylist and I explained what I wanted done. Specifically I wanted a root lift and removal of the color banding. My roots were red and I had a bleached out whitish band as well. At this time I also mentioned that at I would like her to use Olaplaex(a product that reduces breakage). She seemed to understand what I was asking for and went to mix up the color. I could clearly see what she was doing and I watched her mix it up. She used a 30 vl with a color. She didn’t put in the Olaplaex and I asked her why. I then had to explain to her how to use the product and wasn’t happy to realize the didn’t know how to use the products herself. She then applied the color and rinsed it out. It was then I realized that she was done. My roots were still red and the white band was a little whiter. when I said as much he stylist blamed the outcome on something I’d done. She said the problem was caused by me using a “box color”. I asked her what that was and then told her I’d never done that before. Then she said it was because my hair was" too" resistant. She said “ Maybe it won’t look that bad once it’s dried. When that didn’t work it became clear she didn’t have any idea of how to fix it. It was a clear fail…she knew it and I knew it. At the register the stylist agreed that my hair looked bad but never offered an apology. Even though she didn’t seem to understand how to fix it, I made an appointment to come back on Thursday for a ‘re-do” I was then informed by the young lady working at the register that my total for today was $130.00 . I was astonished! They really wanted me to PAY for this? I told her that I wasn’t comfortable paying for services that were not rendered. I walked in with red roots and a white band and I was leaving with red roots and a whiter band. Not to mention 2 1/2 hours of wasted time. I said I would be happy to pay for the service once it was corrected. I didn’t feel that I was being unreasonable at all. The receptionist insisted I pay now and I resisted. I left the salon. I was then called by an officer of th Bedford Police department. He said he’s just gotten off the phone with the girls at the salon and that I was going to to be arrested. He had no interest in my side of the story and wouldn’t let me speak. Finally at the end of the conversation I was able to mention to him that I had made an appointment to come back on Thursday. He said that they didn’t mention that to him... and if that was true then it was not a problem. I called the salon because I wanted to make sure that the salon owner, Heather, was going to be there on Thursday when I was scheduled to come back for a “re-do”. Heather called me back and we discussed the issue. I was told that I had to allow them to try to fix my hair. I told the owner that I didn’t feel comfortable coming back to her salon in light of the fact that they had tried to have me arrested by giving incomplete information to a police officer. I also mentioned that I felt that I had given the salon and it’s employees a fair chance since I’d called ahead of time to make sure they had the right colorist and that she knew how to utilize the products they carry. At no point during any of this was I offered any kind of apology! I was however threatened with arrest if I didn’t comply with either the choice of paying for the “service” or allowing them to try and fix it. NOT good choices! So I cut my losses with this place and paid the $130. PS this was supposed to be a color correction. All she did was apply 30v with a color to my roots and rinse it out. How is that a color correction? Be careful with this salon girls …don’t believe all the “awards” and such. The truth is in this story.

He was a very professional, friendly stylist, and he gave me a great haircut that was exatly what I wanted. It's the best hair salon in my opinion. I will definately be returning, for all my hair styling and cutting needs.
