Roshètta is amazing! I will forever go to her. The salon I was attending previously did not care one bit about my hair and only wanted my money. I can tell Roshètta really cares about the health of my hair and is always giving me tips on how to maintain it and take care of it after each visit. She is so professional and super sweet and not to mention her prices are very reasonable! Roshètta is a very fair stylist. She is attentive to your needs and makes sure that you don't leave her chair unsatisfied. I don't think I have ever encountered someone who cares as much as she does about her clients and their hair.My hair can not survive without her! I am so glad I finally found a hairstylist who won't fry my hair just to line their pockets :).

I had my first appointment with Roshetta yesterday for a full hair weave. I just moved here from San Diego, so of course I needed to find a good hairstylist. I had tried a few people since moving here, but I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad I found Roshetta. She did a great job on my hair!!! If you are looking for someone who truly loves what they do and cares about your experience with her service Roshetta is your girl! I must say it was one of the best experiences I've had at a salon. Their was no waiting on anyone before me, she got my hair done in a timely fashion, and it was a great job! it's not easy to find a black hairstylist in Las Vegas who KNOWS black hair care and for a reasonable price. I finally found a hairdresser in Las Vegas who knows how to weave hair!! Roshetta knows hair! Not only does she know her craft she knows her hair products and what works best. She has a genuine concern for the health of her clients hair... which is rare to find. Her clents that wear their hair naturally all have extremely healthy looking hair... and for those of us that choose weaves, she knows how to adapt it to whatever your issue is so that your hair looks like it truely is your hair! And for me, which is equally important, she is very professional... keeps her appointments on time and should something cause her to run a little late, she keeps you updated..perfect! Let me first say, moving to Las Vegas from the New York City area and having my hair done by the same person for over 10 years caused some concern for me. My concerns are now a thing of the past since I met Roshetta last week. What a great experience to have work on my hair. Whatever is in that DEEP CONDITIONER she gave me was the right recipe for my dry hair. I'm already set for my next appointment with Roshetta . Meeting this wonderful stylist has solidified my decision to move to Las Vegas as the right decision.

Roshetta is awesome!! She is super easy to talk to and does great work. I like how she takes the time to listen to what you want before starting and offers suggestions as well. After canceling her coloring appointment with me she called to tell me she was running late.on out appointment day. The sew in was very lumpy with gaps and the hair cut I was supposed to have wasn't even close to the pic. I will never go back and I will tell everyone of the terrible weave job that was done. I wanted to walk out feeling like a new person and instead I feel like this weave has been in for 3 months.

The service was ok but I wouldn't say it was great... I understands she wants to do a good job but it took her 2 and a half hours to do a press and curl. She needs to understand that people have things to do instead of taking her slow time. I would prefer to go back to my old stylist where Im out of the salon in 1 1/2 hours. I will not be going back.

So I finally booked my appointment. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome. She answered all of my questions and gave me exactly what I asked for. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to and I felt like I have known her for years. I felt like I was back home. She is definitely a great stylist. She is an advocate for regrowing hair. She has her own product. It's greasy but boy does it work. I can see my hair coming back strand by strand and it's been less than six months. It's also her belief, and mine, that help the regrowth process. Many stylist believe that when it's gone it's gone. She is unique in this respect. I know "life happens," however with a little communication my undesirable experiences would have been a better one. An appointment for a consultation was scheduled for over a week. Roshetta text me the day prior for a picture of my hair and I sent her two text on the day of my appointment to inform her I'd be keeping my appointment. Upon arrival I was informed by a stylist that she had yet to arrive. Another client was also waiting. I sat in the salon for 30mins before sending her another text to see whether she was on her way and let her know I had to leave. To this day, been a week now, Roshetta has yet to reach out to me. This girl is the truth! I felt like Future (looking for her) after moving here 3 months ago from Wisconsin and trying to find a stylist that could work with my natural hair. After a few failed visits to other stylists, damage and breakage to my hair (which was healthy before coming to Vegas) and many shed tears, I found Roshetta via Google search. First off I was over an hour late to my appointment not to mention my phone had died on me so there was no way to contact Roshetta to let her know I was on my way and to please wait for me. I showed up with the anticipation of her having an complete attitude, but no I was completely wrong!!! She re - ensured me everything was ok even tried to calm my nerves from me being upset I was an hour late even tho it was my own fault. Never have a I meet a hairdresser who sincerely has the compassion of doing hair and to make her clients ultimately happy at the end. Her prices don't change at the end if she says it's going to be a certain price after examining your hair she sticks with the same price after quoting your original price. The thing I love about her is she takes the time on doing your hair so you'll get the end results and more when she's finished. No I'm not getting paid to post this nor did she ask me, I usually don't make reviews but after going to her Tonight I have to say. You have to book with her to see for yourself I will absolutely be back.

My sister referred me to her because i have been wanting to get my hair done for awhile now.My hair isnt short and its not thin at all. she quoted me at 120 for a ombre which when i went to the salon surprisingly the price did not change, which was the first time ever! Normally it changes. Im not one to get my hair done i dont have the patients and i dont like to sit very long to get it done. I dont have the time "i have two children". i started about 3:10 and i was out by 6:20. that is by far the fastest my hair has ever been done. when she was done i was a nervous because my hair has always been black or dark brown/red but she did assure me that if i didnt like it in a few days to come back and she would tone it to be darker. but i loved the ombre when she was done. i have gotten alot of compliments from family and friends. she is very friendly highly recommended and i will be going back.
