I have been going to the same hairdresser for 10 years. Our schedules were not working out so I had to switch. My MIL recommended Centennial Hills spa. I called and they said Kayla would be the best fit for my needs.... boy were they right!! I got the best cut I have EVER had !! I have very thick hair she gave me an amazing long textures to thin it out a bit .....exactly what I have been wanting !!! She listened to ever detail. And she is so sweet and personable. I will definitely be returning to Kayla and highly recommend her and Centennial Hills Spa. The whole experience was amazing

Been coming here about 10 years now and it's home. I've never been treated less than stellar. Love Melissa for my hair, even the tough jobs like when I went from blonde to black and back to blonde inside of two months. My hair still looked amazingly healthy and she got me back to my staple color with no problem. Morgan does my nails, and Aubree does my facials and waxing. Everyone is nice and easy to talk to.

Don't go here! The owners are rude and don't care about anything except money. There going to use you as a ginney pig, and put their daughter ashley on you like they did to me! Ashley has no skill at all, she can't color, she can't cut, she cant blow dry, why is she even their????? She has no certification at all!!!!! Ashley ruined my hair, i went in for a root touch up for my blond hair and left with gray purple hair. I went back the next day after complaining, to have an experienced stylist fix the horrible job ashley did, and the owner had another stylist help the same idiot (ashley) proceed to try and fix my hair.NOW My hair is yellow stripped an fried. And the owners comment was it has contrast???? And they made me pay $200 for ruining my hair, the owner offered no refund at all. Proof that there is not a care in the world for the customer and only for the money. They let their incompetent daughter experiment on people, how can they do that?????????? Go elsewhere or suffer the consequences. Message me if you have any questions.

Tried to make online appointment, never received a response. Called for appointment as I was referred by family member and asked for experienced stylist. (Apparently experience and master stylist aren't the same) Waited 1 hour after appointment time until someone asked me with which stylist I was waiting for. This stylist was unfriendly and upset that they had forgotten to tell her I was waiting. I spent the entire time just trying to get some conversation from her. She didn't agree with the two styles I had picked out. So she literally chopped my hair. For a so called master stylist and new salon, I am disappointed. My family and friends thought she chopped it also. I am truly disappointed!

OMG!!!! I have to say that my hair color correction experience was a success!!! My master stylist whom I will continue to return to turn my damged black hair into the bright ruby red color i have been wanting with no more damage! She is amazing! I just had my second massage from Jade. She is amazing. I have had issues with my sciatic nerve for over 2 years and I am finally starting to feel less pain. This is more than my chiropractor was able to do for me. I wold recommend Jade and this spa to anyone who is interested in an absolutely wonderful massage and overall experience. Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is energizing and relaxing at the same time. The negative energy leaves you and the positive energy fills you and revives you.

Well, my experience did not even go beyond the phone on which I was put on hold each time for long lengths of time. I had asked for a manager, who really needs a lesson in phone etiquette and what great customer service is. Rule of thumb in the customer service industry is if things are busy, not working properly, or just going plain wrong, you keep the person on the other end of the phone informed or updated. This will reduce the anxiety, and will have a high probability of retaining or actually gaining a new customer! I really hope the owner of this shop has deep pockets, with customer service like this, he is going to need to reach into them to stay afloat!

I am one to never complain, but if it helps someone else than I will. I went to this salon because it was recommended by a co-worker. I called them to let them know that I was going to be ten minutes late. When I got there they told me that I had to be changed to another stylist because mine would t have enough time. I had no problem with this because I was getting another master stylist. My stylist was very nice. I wanted to get blonde highlights. I even showed her a picture of my hair before I had my baby. She told me that she thinks a color would be better for coverage than bleach on my hair. She seemed to know her stuff and convinced me of it. She was so personal during the 3 1/2 hour process and I felt very comfortable. But after all said and done my hair looked gold and orange. I thought may be it was the lighting. Also every stylist on the way out complimented me on it. But as I got in the car with the sunlight on it I thought yes it looks orange, but maybe it's in my mind. It hasn't even been 24 hours and 5 people (some random) said wow who did your hair because it has an orange tint to it. I am so disappointed because I paid 250.00 for this and it looks awful. One of the stylist should have noticed and said we can't have her look like that because she is walking advertisement. I think they knew it was bad but didn't want me to feel like it was. On top of it all my scalp has felt like its on fire since about an hour after I left. I will never return and will not recommend this place. Again my stylist Turner was really nice, but she should not be referred to as a master stylist because the work was not. My profile pic is what I wanted. blonde not orange. Now I will have to wait to go somewhere to fix it the right way and even pay more. Just sad. Don't believe the current rating. Most of their stylist are new and most of these reviews are from a long time ago. Sorry but I would recommend NOT going here if you are a blonde.

I would want to say this place is amazing but no. More than once they have forgotten to book my appointments, also I have been coming here for 3 years despite me moving to the other side of town and I buy all of my hair products from them, well i bought a product recently that I needed exchanged and I guess my loyalty as a customer isn't valued because I missed the 30 day period to return it and now I'm stuck with it. The stylists are good but they're usually doubled booked so you get stuck with assistants (some of them are really good but some are not). The two reasons that finally got me to stop going were 1 - In 3 years I had never returned any products and this time i needed it, nobody even cared 2 - I am not happy with the way my hair looks anymore, despite me talking to my stylist a few times the results are not what I want. I'm not going to spend money to get half of I what I'm asking, plus it's almost impossible to get a straight answer from anyone.

It has been about 5 years since I've had a great haircut and I have her to thank. On my next appointment we will be adjusting my cut, but this is just how Hair Works. I will be going back for sure.

By far the best spa experience that I’ve ever had! The front desk staff is always helpful, cheerful and prompt. The spa ambiance is so soothing and it’s always extremely clean. I have been seeing Aubrey for Dual Exfoliation Facials every 4 weeks for quite some time and it’s money well spent. She is thorough, knowledgeable and just a wonderfully sweet person. I will never go anywhere else for my skincare!!! You MUST go!

Update: I have gone back. I can't help it...Melissa does my hair and she is wonderful. They seem to have their front desk together, much better than 5 years ago. I will recommend this place now only because my girl is amazing! Old review: Not my first time here. Booked an appointment on a Thursday for Friday, next day...I knew it was a last minute appointment, but they had something available for the time i needed. Showed up on Friday, the receptionist at the counter checked for my appointment and said I didn't have one. Gave the name of the person I booked the appt with and he just said "Nope, we don't have you down". Not, "Let me check if there's a problem" or "not sure what happened, but let me see if we can fit you in anyway". I preceded to ask if there was anything available, and it didn't take him much time at all to tell me no - seems like he didn't even check. I just left because it didn't seem like there was a resolution coming from him. Later that day or a day after, I had a voice mail from that same receptionist stating that he did indeed find my appointment and apologized (didn't say what the prob was). Offered a 20% discount to come back, but already set an appointment elsewhere because of the lack of customer service. I LOVE aveda products, but i'm not going back here because of the lack of willingness to help me as a customer. I'll get my Aveda products elsewhere.

The overall experience I had with this Salon was amazing. It was my first time scheduling to dye my hair from a professional. When I called front desk was very informative they gave me upfront prices, set me up with the perfect hair dresser, and sent me reminders of my upcoming appointment. I am very pleased to have gotten Julie. I have very dark hair since I dyed it myself from brunette to black and wanted an ombre color. I already expected having to make more than one trip to get the hair I wanted and was surprised that Julie got it surprisingly close to the colors I wanted. It was a very relaxing experience and even front desk was surprised and hyped to see the outcome. Thank you Julie!

I had my hair done by a young girl named Ashley. What an "AVEDA" experience. I am very loyal to Aveda salons and this one is amazing. I got my scalp massage a hand massage and the time spent on my color and cut was impeccable. The front reception girls were lovely and friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean as well. Got a haircut with Megan and it was wonderful. Had a bit of a hiccup with the scheduling but they straightened it all out. Megan was so sweet. She did exactly what I wanted and took her time whenreally taking care of me. She made sure everything was ok before she did it, best haircut I've ever had. I walked out my husband couldn't stop smiling he loved my haircut so much. Then I got a pedicure with Morgan and it was wonderful. She was gentle which was nice because I usually leave pedicures feeling like my legs are bruised. My toes looked perfect and she made sure they didn't get messed up putting my shoes on. Well worth the price for hair and nails. I had a wonderful experience chatting with both of them and they both did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them both.

I had a color and cut last year. I explained my hair was recovering from a previous color that was too dark. Too my dismay my color turned out almost black it was awful I almost left in tears. Thankfully the reception and another stylist took me to the back and rinsed washed rinsed etc. And cut styled my hair. I was amazed and relieved. Experience made me cautious and do my own color at home. I'm going to give them another try today because I'm sick of my roots. Hope they kept me on the books. wish me luck

An awful experience overall. I called to let them know I was running 15 minutes late and they moved me to an appointment with another person 30 minutes later...who was 15 minutes late. I was unhappy with my blowdry style and was told it was "humidity." I should never have to walk out of a salon with my hair in a pony tail! They don't care about customer satisfaction.

Went there to relax and get my nails (gel manicure and regular pedicure) as well as a retouch. 1. gel manicure, very uneven, clumpsy and two nails chipped the next day. 2. Pedicure was not complete toe nails were not completely painted, they look a week old vs. Freshly done. 3. Retouch a completely different color from what I came in with, currently trying to fix it. *worst experience at an Aveda salon, this is coming from someone that has been going to aveda salons for YEARS.

My husband and I both enjoy coming Centennial Hills Aveda Salon for Amanda Pritchard to style our hair. In addition she is the only one that I would trust to do my color! I have been going to Amanda since moving to NV, at least 6 years. (Gosh, she must have been a baby then!) Everyone at the Salon is friendly and helpful. Any other services that I have used there have been wonderful also.

Overall, the stylist was kind. However, I did not like that I had to pay extra for toner. My total bill for a highlight and trim (not even a actual cut, but I was charged for a cut), plus toner was 170.00. For 4 hours of work at just over 40.00 dollars an hour, it wasn't worth it. The salon should ask first and notify you that there is an up charge of 30 dollars for a toner . I would not have chose this salon if I knew they charged extra- we all know that with any highlight to avoid brassiness , a toner is necessary. It should have been included. In addition to not even have a cut (but charged full price! )just a few snips on my ends...ugh - so disappointed. I believe the salon to be at fault not the stylist. She was an awesome person and did what she thought I wanted. However, it was a 100.00 dollar job NOT 170.00.
