Capelli Salon is what I've been looking for in Vegas, bonus is a super convenient location! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, everything is nice and white. Nikki has been my stylist for a little time now and my review comes late, but with confidence. She manages to give me fantastic vibrant shades of red, adapting to the subtle changes I like to make from appointment to appointment. I'm particular with how my hair is blow dried and Nikki's technique is on point! I don't have to go home and fix how it's styled. Ladies, you know the struggle. After avoiding salons for 10 months due to 2 previous stylists ruining my hair in the past (both in California) I saw this salon online. After looking at their portfolio, I could see their expertise and I read the wonderful testimonials from clients. I first had a consultation with Blaine and I instantly clicked with him! He’s so down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and he listens to your wants and concerns. The balayage technique is so on point I couldn’t believe how beautiful my hair blended! We wanted to keep me brunette (did a color correction since I had red color previously) and dyed it with rich cool chocolate tones to keep it natural, but noticeable. The cut is also beautiful. The first time he toned it he blowdried a section and I told him I thought it was too light/gold for me since it washes me out and he agreed. He willingly toned it again darker right then and there and really let it sit. I love how he took his time with me to get the exact results we wanted before I would walk out of the door. He is incredibly talented and knows what he is doing! He really understands hair and products. That’s the other thing! They use REALLY GREAT PRODUCT which is CRUCIAL! He used a lightening agent with coconut oil in it so it conditions as it lifts. They measure everything to the exact, no guessing games. Everyone there is so nice and you can tell they treat every client with care. THANK YOU BLAINE! I feel beautiful again!

Noooo, paid 180.00 very bad color! Went to another Salon = $400.00 to cut and correct the color, they are a top notch Salon told me it was a terrible color job and the cut wasn't much better... :( However, this is after i gave Capelli Milano, a second chance to fix it.... the Owner, who witnessed this, did and said nothing, the first time and second..

My stylist Carletta is the best. I don't know how she does it but when she colors my hair she makes it last longer. The cut is always perfect, and styling it with just her fingers and a blow dryer is amazing. I always wish I have some place to go after I leave the salon.

IF I could give it ZERO stars I would. Worst experience ever! They’re very nice ladies, I give them that. I had my hair done yesterday with Bonnie even after I schedule and was promised Amy would do my hair I got stuck with Bonnie. Let me tell you she did a horrible job! My hair is naturally black and I made sure she was ok and capable of working with dark hair and able to lighten. She looked very confident and was very nice but her quality of work is poor! After last night I felt that I deserved a refund which she did refunded the money and I went home and dyed my hair black. I couldn’t walk around like this! Boy did she teach me a lesson and NEVER again will I allow someone to experiment on me, at least that’s how I felt. I posted the above about 2 hours a go and just NOW I received a message from the OWNER Carletta demanding to remove my negative review! Not only did she say that I need to remove it bc they apologized and refunded my money! She was calling crazy and that I didn’t know what I wanted (Hair color wise) and that I changed my mind 5 different times! She also ACCUSED me ruining HER business name and BONNIE?! What?! Is she kidding me?! Please run away from this salon! I’ve never had such a horrible experience and yet they put the blame on ME! My beautiful black hair that was down to my my mid back had to be cut to my shoulders bc it was so elastic/ stretchy bc they ruined it. Please use your money elsewhere! Carletta is NOT a professional owner! You just don’t go around accusing others for her workers mistake!

Poor color job. Washed out less than a week. Was told that they'll fix it by one person and when I called to reschedule the fix, they were going to charge me again. Paid too much money to start with and obviously customer satisfaction is not a concern. Will not recommend anyone here. I don't know about you, but I really really hate getting ripped off.

It was horrible I was there 6 hours and I asked for a ombre! She left my hair a horrible color and she burnt my hair so bad I didn't get the ombre I asked for she left my hair one solid ugly color and was trying to over charge me ! She really didn't know what she was doing and it's really sad she left my hair in such a bad condition! I won't ever recommend no one come here! I will never come here again ! Unicorn balayage queen!!! Ms. Nikki!!!! I go every 4 weeks for a root touch up and every 8 wks I go in to touch up of the vivid colors. I have given her free range for the new colors. And boy she definitely surprises me EVERY TIME! I am completely stunned by what she creates. I love how she takes her time with each project. And I always learn something new about the proper way to maintain my hair while there. Never a dull moment and I’m sooo grateful I found her when I did. Definitely recommend her to any friends that ask.

Haley was incredible! She’s very sweet and personable. I have super thick and naturally jet black hair and then put an dark auburn box dye in it a couple months ago. I asked for balayage and showed her a couple of pictures of what I liked and she told me which one would be the most realistic without frying my hair. My only request was please no tiger stripes or brassy orange in my hair and she made sure it didn’t happen. While it was pricey it was definitely worth it. She took great care blended in the color seamlessly, didn’t over process it, and my hair didn’t break off. Not sure how she turned my dark auburn/black hair into a like warm brown/caramel color; but I love it! My only regret is I didn’t take a before and after picture. I went from feeling bleh to feeling awesome. I will be going back to her and going lighter next time!
