DO NOT use this salon EVER. This place was CLOSED when I showed up for my previously booked and confirmed appointment for a BRIDAL UPDO. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL thing I have ever encountered, ever, and here's why: I was in Vegas to get married, traveling from out of state. We decided to get married on a Monday for the convenience of booking and relatives flying in from all over the country to attend. Almost every single salon in Vegas is closed on Mondays, and I called about 10 of them before finally finding Mia Bella. I thought I hit the jackpot when they said they could easily fit me and my maid of honor in for hair styling as they were open from 10am-7pm every Monday. I booked the appointments, and sighed in relief. However, when we arrived at the salon at 10:45 am (15 minutes before our 11am appointment), the salon was closed, locked, lights off, no one there. At first I thought maybe they were just late getting in because they didn't have anyone else booked before us that morning. At 10:55 I called them, with no answer. At 11:05 I called them again, and left a rather scathing voice mail message. At 11:15, I finally had to concede that they were absolutely irresponsible enough to no-show for their own appointment booking for a bridal updo. My maid of honor and I had to go to Walmart to buy styling products and a curling iron, and she gave my hair a shot. I ended up with a fancy looking pony tail. The worst part is, I never got a call back. Considering their website says that they will charge $25 for a no-show appointment, I think they owe me $50 for my two appointments that they no-showed on. This place does not deserve anyone's patronage. I hope they are ashamed of themselves for ruining my wedding day, and especially for never even calling to apologize for their mistake.

giving a 2 star only bc employees were nice. I was cut with a file and nail tech said sorry but then put superglue on my cut. I did not say anything bc Im a bashful person but was disgusted. How many people did they put the tip of that superglue on before it touched me? Nailtech also did not get all the Dip powder off my nails from my last set (2 weeks ago at a different salon) before painting 2 thin coats of gel polish and being finished with me. You can imagine the mess. I quitely paid and tipped as usual.. unfortunately tonight i soaked my nails to removed the polish (that has already chipped) and just cut them off. maybe in a month I can start over.

OMG where do I start First of all the setting at this shop is very homey, I went in and felt as if i was right at home. Secondly I was greeted by a young lady named Qui* She told me that she’ll be with me in a minute but it was literally a second. So once we officially talked I told her i have never went short let alone had a color. She told me “Her Nappy Was Her Happy” and to let her work her magic. Oh boy was I nervous. So after the processing and hair procedure was done she told me to open me eyes and behold a woman in the mirror i never knew existed. Im a working mother of 5 and she made me feel as if i was free of responsibilities. So I just had to show my appreciation to her for making me feel beautiful. Thank You Qui I give the shop 100 stars

Worst place ever!!! My mom went in for hair extensions got charged $400 and the JLo wannabe woman was so money hungry she ended up doing what she wanted with my moms hair and not what my mom asked for! Please ladies save your time and money and AVOID THIS PLACE! They offer wine? You can get a whole damn bottle of wine yourself and celebrate at home with a job well done and not trashy extensions!

Dirty dirty.... tiles coming off the ceiling. I made and apt a day before then came in for my apt they had no idea who I was. I bought the groupon for hightlights shampoo conditioner hair cut and style. The lady informed me that my hair was long so it would be another 25 dollars I told her thats fine my hair is long. So I am there for 4hours I get my bill and get charged 45 extra for length not what I was told. I also got charged 30 more for the hair cut. I told her hair cut was included in the groupon to which she replied" she gave my layers and bangs". So a hair cut doesnt included trimming my layers and bangs?? Ya right 100% SCAM!!! Ive had tons of hair cuts never been charged extra 30 dollars for trimming my layers and bangs. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Never coming here again. Hopefully I can get in touch with management.

I was in town for the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender and lost two acrylic nails. I was able to walk in and was helped immediately. Not only did she repair my missing nails but she also reshaped and cleaned up my previous bungled set, changed the color and set me up with crystal accents! While I was there I got to see pictures of the AMAZING nail art that Noriz does. Ask to see her nail art pictures. wow. She has also got to be the most wonderful person to sit and listen to! Great conversation, a sip of wine, and divine stiletto nails. I'll be back over and over!

I have been getting extensions for almost 10 years now. I've been through almost every way that they can be put in from the glue on the weft to the individuals with the glue karitne tip and finally 2 years ago I tried a new installation and absolutely love it. At Mia Bella they install them very quick and the method is very safe for my hair. I get them touched up every 3 weeks and the maintanance is very affordable. The beads never slip out so I dont have to worry about any emergencies lol but if I did they would be very accomadating to fix it. They are about excellent customer service and make sure I'm happy and love my hair every time I come in. I get my gel mani and pedi's here too which are soooo relaxing and my nails look amazing every time.

Walking into a place that doesn't look clean, gave me an iffy feeling. However I got my hair done and make up, because it was too late to run out. When it got to the make up, the brushes where SOOO Dirty half the make up was broken, shattered eye shadows. The table almost looked like a war zone. Plus it wasn't cheap either, I'm sure Vegas has a lot too offer. If your going to pay close to $200 dollars, save your money. It was my first time going there, looked it up Online based on the reviews it looked Great, not true!!! The girls where very nice, but the place needs some serious cleaning.

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to, horrible service, I went there for a gel fill and came out with half my nails ripped off. I spent an hour there and The guy that tried to do my nails, had no idea what he was doing, I asked the person I think was the owner for help and she didn’t even try to make things right so I had to just get up and leave, terrible place definitely not going back! Shame on the customer service they have I would give it a -0, worst experience on a nail salon

I went to Mia Bella salon to get my hair done and i had an excellent crevice by ISABEL and its really close to the strip it was really convenient for me, and the place is amazing is clean and every body was incredible nice and polite with me and my sister we got done our nails by LIZ she is fast and she work really nice on our nails and pedicures we are really thank full with them, we had a very good experience there and i am really recommend MIA BELLA!!!! since we made our appointment and the way Isabel treat me on the phone i knew that we would have a great experience there and i was not wrong thank you Mia Bella for all.

From the way they made me look and how professional they were in making me feel comfortable, I will definitely keep coming back to see them everytime i come to Sin City.

Overall, one of my worst nail experiences ever. Went for a pedicure and gel manicure with Jimenia. It took her 3 hours to achieve a substandard finish. She was obviously inexperienced. For the time it took and the results the price was unreasonably high. I was thankful for Angie's presence in the salon. If you go, ask for Angie as she's experienced. Jimenia's pedicure was very messy with nail polish left on my toes, even after she tried several attempts to clean-up the over paint. I mentioned the pedicure nail polish looked too thick, like it was old. Angie suggested that Jimenia should only use one coat, but she didn't. So even after waiting hours, the big toes didn't fully cure and were marked. The Gel nails manicure wasn't done correctly. Jimenia treated my hands with lotion and oil BEFORE doing the gels. Angie guided Jimenia in what to do to fix it. We had to stop and re-wash my hands twice to get all the oil off so that gels would paint on and cure correctly. Jimenia was battling with her own long nails and polish during our whole session. She had difficulty holding the cuticle scissors and really didn't know how to clean up the nail bed effectively. It was painful watching her struggle for so long. I finally took the cuticle scissors and cleaned up the hang nails myself. At least Jimenia was very sweet, and didn't hurt me.

Apparently the shop is under new ownership and the hair stylist doesn’t work for them anymore. I called last week & set up an appt for updo & lashes for a wedding I had this past Saturday. When I got there, I was told they only do nails now & the hair person books her own appts. Sometimes she comes, sometimes not. I waited over 20 mins and one of the nail techs gave me the name of another salon. It was extremely rude, unprofessional and just wrong, to set an appt up and then not show!!!! I’d planned my whole day around this and it was very disappointing.

I was looking for an affordable pedicure but passed this place up because the fumes from the acetone was sooo strong that I would have lost brain cells from the lack of oxygen. The building department should make an inspection as I know for a fact being in the building industry that it doesn't meet code.

She was so knowledgeable and current with the latest hairstyles, and took her time to prepare her hair to be cut in sections! We all talked until it was my turn to be serviced. I got an opportunity to sit in on a make-up application. Connie, is one of the best and most professional make-up artist I have ever seen. When it was my turn to get my lashes done, Connie was quick and the results were flawless. Whenever I am in town, I will definitely stop in to see the ladies at Bella Mia. I have an amazing experience at Mia Bella Salon and Day Spa! I have had horrible experiences in the past with other salons, so I was weary when my friend recommended I try out Mia Bella Salon. Despite my doubts, I made an appointment for a Hair cut and color and I'm so glad I did! This place was unlike any salon I've ever experienced before. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how very warm and welcoming the entire staff was. They offered me a cold drink, and got my stylist for me right away. My stylist was amazing. She was so attentive and kind, and walked me through the entire process! She recommended tips for easy styling at home and made sure I was completely satisfied with my hair before I left her chair. She completely reinvented my look, and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be returning!
