Hillary has been doing my hair for over 10 years now. She is the absolute best and I just love her! The few times I've gone to someone else, I immediately regret it. I even moved out of state for a few years and didn't let anyone touch my hair until I moved back. She's done many different colors on me and they always look fantastic. I always trust her opinions and ideas and often times I just tell her to do what she thinks is best. I feel more confident after an appointment with her. The cuts are always shaped so nicely that it even looks good when I'm overdue for a haircut. I've never, ever been disappointed and I always highly recommend her. She is great to chat with too and if you'd prefer to sit silently or read or something, it's never awkward. Hillary really cares about her work and always wants you to be happy. She books up fast, so make sure you make an appointment in advance.

This was the gentlest, most expert treatment of my hair during the 4 years I've been blond, and I can hardly believe how beautiful it is. She picked the absolute perfect toner (psychic?) and has a serious perfectionist in her - awesome combination. She's also just a wonderful person to spend time with, so you really can't go wrong.

Since cutting my hair short 3 years ago, I have burned through 7 stylists who just couldn't figure out how to cut an asymmetrical bob. So, I had my first Brazillian wax. I was pretty anxious, not knowing what to expect and wasn't sure about the pain factor!! I used a great deal I found on Groupon for Chevy. She was really chill, very professional, knowledgeable and funny!! She made me feel comfortable, & I could tell she knew what she was doing and I was in competent hands. She made it as painless as possible, & kept talking to me during the whole process. gave me after care tips & everything!! I would def recommended her to anyone looking for waxing, or any esthetic services!!

I am not the type of person to leave reviews, however I feel it is necessary to share this experience with everyone out there with eyebrows that grow downward. I pretty much gave up on mine since they're incredibly hard to shape. I saw Chevy and her tech last week and it's insane how amazing they look. I never thought it was possible. The staff at Victor Victoria are always friendly and welcoming, despite the fact that every single one of them is a million times cooler than I'll ever be. I've seen several stylists there, and my favorite is Chloe; she's fantastic at what she does and always willing to chat. The prices for a men's haircut are reasonable (currently $25 from Chloe), and I've never been dissatisfied with the results.

In 4 words "walked out looking UGLY" April 5th mani/pedi. Mani was good except still getting hang nails. Pedi was great polish lasted almost 2 mon. and Becky is wonderful and delightful I absolutely enjoyed our visit I really felt like we connected in just a short time. She really pampers you, would highly recommend her. Massage chairs with pedi would be much better. Facial was good. Hair was awful I wanted something different than usual and she didn't even recommend a style that would look good on me, she was a little unsure of herself. Airbrush makeup was horrific. Had a lot of makeup in hairline around my face. Makeup was so heavy around my eyes showed every wrinkle I have. Mascara in middle and just on tip of my upper lash none in bottom lash. No makeup in creases around my nose, no blush and dark circles looked real bad. I looked "morbid" I can't believe any of the staff let me walk out of there thinking I looked good. Very disappointing after all the money my husband spent for my birthday.4

I tried to give this place a fair chance. Having never been there, when I called I explained that I wanted to go lighter for summer with a blonde balyage. I had a gift card from a friend who researched salons extensively and selected Victor Victoria because of the reviews. After showing pictures, the stylist told me it would take two visits to achieve the light blonde color in the images I shared which I was fine with. After two times, my hair was three toned and brassy with white gray ends. I tried to give it a few weeks but finally called and shared that I was disappointed and unhappy. I purchased two 50 dollar bottles of shampoo that were going to help the "ashy" color based on her recommendations. I said I'd be happy to see someone else on a day the original stylist wasn't working so she wouldn't be embarrassed but I was encouraged to give her a chance to fix it because all stylists are "independent contractors" and I'd have to pay full price for someone else to fix it. I was OK with paying but thought if I explained my concerns, the original sylist might be able to fix it. So I went back, a THIRD time and she said the multi toned hair (read ORANGE) would look better if we lightened the middle and if she put a light brown on the root. After a few weeks of having muddy, uneven colored hair, I finally decided to go elsewhere to get it fixed. These pictures are taken by that stylist. If you cant clearly see how awful this looks, you may need to get your eyes checked. So...about 400+ dollars in visits and hair product later, THIS is what I'm left with (see photos in photo section).

Got a Brazilian Blowout with a trim by Cory. He was great about taking me through the process and I was crazy happy about the results. The salon itself is much bigger than you would think from the outside and it's a really chic place. Also conveniently above a bar. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be asking for Cory again.

Massage Therapist Kelsey Poulson is AMAZING! Found Kelsey by chance and stayed with her because of results. She is sincerely interested in your problem areas and educates you while working on you. Her deep tissue and sports massages are great. She can put out the pressure if needed and adjust the intensity to one's needs. I come in with a very knotty back and come out with a supple one. She even brings you water after your session to express how important hydration for your muscles are. I come to her at least once a month to maintain and keep the knotty muscles at bay. Highly recommend Kelsey for your massage needs.

Extremely disappointed!!! I am so not the type to write reviews but in this case it was a must! I called a couple weeks ago to get scheduled for a color with ANGELINA. I recently had a baby I had a sitter all lined up then she texts me literally less than 2 hours before my appt. saying she needs to reschedule because there was a mix up in the schedule. I was super frustrated but I understood things happen so I rescheduled.... I show up today at the time that she personally told me to be there by, 30 minutes later .....still no Angelina. I go up to the receptionist(who by the way should not be handling the front of any business) to see if there was a mix up somehow with the time. She explained that this wasn't the first time this has happened with this certain stylist...so not acceptable! First to already reschedule me once and then the second time for you not even show up to the appointment?! That is completely unprofessional. I have never experienced such bad customer service from a salon like this before. Urbane salon was able to get me in on such a short notice luckily!! The owner was super helpful and extremely professional and caring! The hair stylist did such an amazing job on my color. So after such a horrible experience it turned out ok in the end thanks to Urbane Salon and staff :)
