Awful. Just awful. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, the stylist said "No we're not doing that". Asked for a cut and she literally cut 1 mm off the bottom, no layers, no shape, nothing. On top of that, they charged me extra for the balayage like I wanted, and just dyed the bottom half of my hair blonde. Run as fast as you can from this place!

We are new to the area and I decided to check this salon out. My son was the guinea pig for this trip. The salon is beautiful looking and your impression is that you will be treated well. Wrong!!!! We arrived for my sons appointment a few minutes early and we were the only ones there besides the staff. I had to wait for them to finish what they were doing on the computer before I was helped and there was 3 people behind the counter. I was ignored and not offered anything to drink such as water but she was busy chatting with her coworker.

Tranquility Salon and Spa is definitely a 5 star salon! After I got engaged last fall I decided to get my hair done more regularly in anticipation for my wedding. I am so, so happy with how great my hair looks and feels everyday. I owe all my hair compliments to Rylie Myers! I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She not only is SUPER talented she is also easy to talk to, honest, and friendly. Also - see Nicole Young for all of your esthetician needs. She's the best!

Had a gift certificate. Was a little nervous with some of the negative comments. Staff was friendly. Was there for a swedish/dp tissue massage. Fernando did a great job!! I thought the facilities were a little cramped and like a hot tub or steam room prior to massage but that is a little picky. Will use again.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. didn't have a preferred stylist so just took the plunge with whoever was available. This place is so appealing to look at. I felt really underdressed in my gym clothes. They did SUCH an amazing job. so accommodating. they have Coffee or water available. My stylist did an awesome job of clarifying exactly what I wanted and helping me decide what would look best. my hair came out a smooth ombre and totally blended, not streaky or chunky at all. I struggled finding a salon in Lincoln that I loved but this is it. this is 'the one'.

I got my hair done here and it was completely streaky. It looked like I got a ton of thick highlights all over. My hair looked more natural before I went in than after. I had them redo my hair and all they did was make it worse. I now have about 3 inches of dark brown hair that does not fade well into blonde hair. The lady who did my hair, Katie Vogt, said to me as she was doing my hair, "It's not what you know, it's who you know. I babysat the boss's kids!" Totally unprofessional and by the way she did my hair, she is not qualified to dye hair. Then, Emily Coughlin was sent in to fix it and only gave me darker and more noticeable roots. Not only that one of the receptionists told me that these stylists have worked with celebrities in New York and when I talked to the owner she said that was not true. On top of ALL of that... I wasn't offered a discount. DO NOT GO HERE!

Tranquility Salon and Spa is definitely a 5 star salon! Everyone there is very nice and the building is beautiful. I decided to try something new and get lash extentions. I went to Mikayla and she did an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier and will continue to go to her.

I saw Fernando for a prenatal massage this evening and it was so peaceful. I am 33 weeks pregnant and experiencing a lot of back pain, he applied the perfect pressure, treating me with a lot of consideration but not like I'm too fragile to receive a deep muscle massage. He was able to relieve a lot of tension. I highly recommend his services.

I have been going to Tranquillity Spa for several years now, I am always greeted with a smile and offered coffee or flavored water. The stylist are all very knowledgeable and offer me different options when I'm telling them what hair style/colors I want to do. I am currently seeing Rylie as my stylist and she is amazing, (Highly recommend her). I have had several of their spa treatments (message by Fernando, fascial by Nicole, and the new dry pedicures) they are great!!!!! To top off the experience the spa building and whole spa vibe is amazing. Very Relaxing!! They get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars from me.

I’ve been seeing her now for the better part of two years and am so happy to have found her after a few bad experiences at a couple other salons in town. Love the atmosphere at tranquility. Such a treat to go there even though I go every 6 weeks to see Maisie who is amazing. She started coloring my hair a while back and my color is gorgeous. Also she’s the first hairdresser where I don’t have to go home and restyle and or “edit” the cut with my own scissors. I leave her chair and ready to go anywhere. ❤️❤️❤️

I received a gift certificate for Christmas, otherwise I normally wouldn't go here. My daughter and I went for pedicures. It is a beautiful salon. The services are a little more that I'd pay for these services. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable. I like the "dry pedicure" as it is more sanitary. The ladies that did our pedicures were very friendly and nice. My daughter asked about a design on her toes and they don't do designs. When we're done we were kinda just left their sitting in our chairs. I was however very disappointed in the final look of my pedicure. On my big toes the polish looked very thick like it was just globed on. I let my toes dry for over an hour before I put shoes and socks on. To the touch the polish seemed dry, however due to the polish being so thick when I took my socks off later that day the polish on both of my big toes is all messed up. So needless to say, I have to repaint my toes. If I didn't have a gift certificate I probably would never go back.
