I am new to the area and I had a fantastic hairdresser where I moved from so I had high expectations from whoever was going to touch my hair. To say the very least is to say they were met. I love Lou. She is a pleasure to talk to and has done an amazing job with my somewhat difficult hair and equally as difficult hairstyle. I'm so happy with what she's done and will continue going back to studio 25. All the ladies there are incredibly friendly and patient and really listen to what you want before they even touch your hair. If you're like me and are new to the area, or are just looking for a better stylist, please consider studio 25.

This is the best Salon in Bellevue. I have been going to this Salon since it opened and have always been pleased with the quality of service. It's nice to have a place near where I live that provides great service and at a reasonable price. The owner is excellent at customer service. It's worth trying out if you have not been to this Salon.

I have never had such a painless underarm wax!! Michelle is THE BEST!!!! I had gone for months between waxes and was pretty nervous about starting up again when Spring hit.... BUT Michelle is such a pro that I barely even felt anything. I had to have her wax me again before I accepted it was her SKILL rather than just a one off. Well, I'm here to tell you - - - It is all down to Michelle's very skilled technique. I've also got to mention how Studio 25 has such friendly employees! Julie and Michelle are the BEST!! And Julie works wonders on my textured medium-length hair. I have nothing but good things to say about Studio 25!! This is one very happy customer who considers this salon the perfect place to have all my beauty needs met in such a welcoming environment!!

What a joke! Lady acted like she knew about the dipping powder but can’t take an old set down to the bare nail to do a new color. Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES during trying to sand the top coat off her drimel tool flipped under my nail, third time pulled the skin from my nail underneath. After that I had had enough and walked out, went to Midland Nail Salon and had a MUCH better experience.

She did a fantastic job and explained everything to me in great detail- what she was doing and how to properly care for my hair after. The conversation with stylists is usually weird for me but we talked about gaming early on in the 3.5 hours I was there and after that it felt like talking to a friend. Thanks, Tina!

I have been a faithful customer at Studio 25 ever since I moved to Nebraska. I read great reviews and made an appointment with Michelle to get my brows done. They turned out fantastic and have been back every month since! Today I went for my first haircut with Sari and that girl knows what she is doing! I appreciate her honesty and recommendations. She was very attentive and ensured we were on the same page during every step of the haircut. I love how she took care of me! Getting a haircut at a new salon is always nerve wracking specially when you are cutting more than a few inches off. I would recommend Studio 25 to anyone who wants to be pampered, listened to, and taken care of with respect. These ladies have yet to fail me! Would give them 6 stars if I could!

If I could give 5 stars for just liking people ... But I'm not sure that's the point of reviews..... so, went today to get highlights..... did NOT want my hair cut, just the 2-color high-lights added.... what I got was a stylist who had her own ideas in mind. Rather than the 2-colors, she did "one & a toner" - which she said would "give the same result".... later, when I asked why there didn't appear to be many highlights, she said it was due to me having lots of extra hair that needed thinning..... I would have said perhaps she just needed to add some to the "outside" rather than under?? But I agreed to her adding a few layers (via trimming).... that resulted in her "cutting it like 4 times" (her words) & into a style I wore well in the 1980's.... when I expressed my concerns she became defensive & then tried to talk me into it.... I then tried to show her past pics of my hair - more edgier cuts (not the bankers wife look - or the 80's...) - but that prompted a convo on how I was now showing different pictures.... she then took a pic to compare to my orig pic - which clearly showed very diff highlights. I again explained that I had simply wanted the multi-tonal highlights - like the pic I'd shown her approximately 10 times by this time - she then offered to have me come back to add more blond highlights. She did spend several minutes explaining how to get the look I wanted in the future.... perhaps that was what she should have said when I first booked. I liked the staff - and they offered to "try & fix it" (at no cost) - but I hate being told "no problem" & then when it doesn't look like the pic they try to talk you into what they want you to have or they act offended like it's personal for them ( I am the one stuck wearing it after all) - and I'm out $95 for a hair style I didn't want & highlights that are nothing like what I wanted. Should I go back (and kudos for that offer - really) I'll post if it works out.

I went for a hair cut and color about a month ago and I will never go here again. The coloring job was fine but the cut was a distaster. I left there almost in tears. I asked for a simple layering and angling and I left with blunt cut layers with no angling whatsoever. I asked for only what I needed to be trimmed off and she cut off 3-4 inches when she said she was only going to take 1-2 off. She was supposed to give me a deep condition but tole me that because they were about to be closing I would have to come back another time in the week to get it. I felt like my cut was just rushed so she could get off for the day. I have never felt like less of a priority than at this salon. Will not being going back there and if you want your money's worth I recommend you go elsewhere as well.

Michelle quickly became my person to go to for my eyebrows. She does a fantastic job and is attentive to detail. In the past when I got my eyebrows done elsewhere I always broke out around the area of the waxing, but for whatever reason I haven't broken out since I've gone to Michelle. Also, a bonus, my skin isn't bright red after I leave. Like I said, I don't know how she does it or what she uses (I never asked), but she is phenomenal.

The pricing is really well and she gets you in and out pretty fast depending on what you need! They also do nails, waxing, and full service hair. Everyone was very friendly. I made an appointment and went in for a drastic haircut. The stylist cut my hair shorter than what I wanted. She said she'd cut it the length I asked for and then go shorter if I decided i wanted it shorter... well... not exactly what happened. A couple more customers came in and maybe that rushed her - but my hair was a good 2 or 3 inches shorter than what I had asked for. I had a picture, I showed her how far down I wanted my hair to hit... The cut looked great, but I'm going to look for a different stylist next time around. It's going to take awhile to grow my hair to where I actually wanted it to be already. Some stylists have a hard time listening to the customer or asking more questions - I part my hair on both sides so I like it to be cut down the middle; it was cut to be parted on one specific side. I didn't bring it up, so that's on me, but I wish she would have asked more questions.

This place is so relaxing, and so friendly! Sari is very personable and sweet! I haven't had my hair cut in years due to having bad experiences and anxiety from bad experiences; Sari was very understanding of my anxiety and did a beautiful job! She not only made me look like a whole new person, but was very careful about making sure I was happy with it. I am BEYOND happy with it! She was very fun to talk with as well, and it was not superficial like some stylist conversations can be. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

I am so picky about my eyebrows and Michelle does an amazing job! She asks you about any medications you may be on or any skin sensitivities you may have before applying any product. No one will ever touch my eyebrows except Michelle. Julie did an amazing job with my hair cut, I chopped about 8 inches off and she did exactly what I wanted. Again, I can be picky and she made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. They're very flexible and very affordable. I can even bring in my own color and they'll apply it for a discounted rate. My husband also gets his military cuts there as well.
