I want to start by saying that this salon is exceptionally clean and very friendly. Ms. Moss herself was so kind and caring. I originally called here on a Friday looking for a last minute appointment for all over color. The very kind receptionist said that she had an appointment available but the only stylist was a "higher end" stylist meaning "she has higher rates". From personal experience the higher the price the more likely the quality is better. After i got there my stylist, Jenny, came up and introduced herself and asked what i wanted. She gladly said she could do that and then walked away. Those were the only words she spoke to me the entire time i was there. Jenny was not friendly, she spoke to everyone around me but acted as if i was just a mannequin head. At one point she touched her gloves (covered in red hair dye) straight on my face. She did not notice nor say sorry. I had to wipe it off myself with my own hand and she did not say anything. She was way too focused on everything but me. After mixing up my color she came back and applied the color to a little more than half of my roots before she handed me off to Sara. Sara completed EVERYTHING else except for the overpriced haircut. Sara is the reason this place is still receiving as many stars as it is. If she wouldn't have put 2 hours into making sure my hair looked and felt great this place would have received 0 stars. As a heads up-they also charged me extra for "gloss" and not once explained what is was, how it helped or the fact that it cost extra.

I called the salon to make an appointment for my 12 year old (soon to be 13) to get her hair highlighted. I talked to the receptionist for some time about my options. We settled on a level 2 stylist for a highlight, without a cut. She told me that it would be $92.00. When I picked my daughter up I was told that it was $141.00. I asked about the difference in cost and she said that my daughter wanted the balayage, and gloss, instead of the highlight. My daughter does not even know what that means, and said she was not even given a choice. I specifically said no to balayage when I made the appointment. They also charge $20 additional for wash and blow dry. My daughters have gone to this salon for years and we will never be back! What a joke.

Jenny did a great job coloring my hair and did a beautiful Balayage. The salon is very up to date and they really believe in continuous training and staying up to date on current trends, a difficult find!

First time being here. I love their online appointment system. I made an appointment the previous night and got in the next day. Jenny is very knowledgeable. At first, she observed my hair carefully, listened to what I wanted and discussed different options with me. She used great techniques to cut my hair, a lot of layers but it looked super natural like bed hair, just exactly what I wanted. Now I can just let my hair air dry and it looks great, better than blow dry (who doesn’t want to save some time in our busy daily lives). I’ll definitely go back to see Jenny, it’s worthy every penny!
