Loud and crowded. I had to almost yell to get my stylist to hear me. It was difficult to even walk through to my stylist' station. My stylist was distracted by other stylists coming over to gossip and chat and I think that is why this was the second time she screwed up my hair. It won't happen a third time. The nail lady just ruined my fingernails. She was awful. I have no idea what she used on them but they had a really offensive odor when she was done. No amount of washing and hand lotion could get rid of it. It lasted over a week. And then you attempt to check out and pay for your services. First of all, they are soooooo slow and you will stand there and wait and wait and wait. Secondly, they are overly pushy about buying their products and get a bit snotty to you if you don't buy anything extra. Now couple that with their extremely high prices and it is a losing situation.
