Just had my hair washed, cut, and styled by Bee. She was friendly, professional, and asked the right questions about the style I wanted. She also took the time to show me how to style it (because you know it looks awesome in the salon, but then it never turns out the same way at home!) ;) It was my first time there, but I will definitely be back.

Previously I had only came to this salon for up dos for prom, they did fantastic and I loved it. So I decided to come here for a color. HUGE MISTAKE. When I called and explained what I wanted, I was told it would be about $80. After the girl turned my hair BRIGHT WHITE which is not what I wanted, I was charged $200. I left the salon holding back tears. I went back after family and friends told me that was unacceptable and they need to fix it, which should be free. I went in and had it fixed (IT'S NOT EVEN FIXED), charged $50 MORE. I absolutely hate it, and just want to cry. All I want is my money back so I can have someone fix the mess you caused. I want my $250 back, but they're so rude!

My wife went in for a trim. The lady who cut her hair sucks. She barely cleaned up her hair and didn't even get the bangs straight. Then they charged us $19 for a TRIM! We've gone here before and normally they do a good job and only charge around 14 bucks. Two of the ladies are great, but there's one that is terrible.

I take my son to Hairworx Family Salon for a mens haircut because he gets the best service and quality haircut for an excellent price. He has gone to other salons in the metro area and was very displeased with his haircut to the point he will never return. Hairworx staff are friendly and provide product feedback specific to his needs. I would highly recommend Hairworx Family Salon to all of my friends.

My first experience getting my impatient 2 year olds hair cut was amazing. My second experience was awful. I made an appt for 530 because my son does not sit still very long and I wanted to make the experience a good one. I showed up at 5:30 and was told I had to sign in and they would get to me when they could. I waited 25 min and watched a man walk in, sit down, and get his hair cut before I walked out. Awful experience and I won't be going back.
