My hairstylist is very knowledgeable and up to speed on all the new styles and products. I loved my first massage so much that I now have monthly appointments. I've also had pedicures, eyelash extensions and bikini waxes done. All exceptional. I highly recommend Gloss Salon & Day Spa!

She worked wonders for my neck, back, and shoulders as these are problem areas for me. All of the staff has been courteous and helpful on each visit. Purchased a lash enhansor and was told ut would absolutely work and in 6-8 weeks your lashes would be noticeably fuller and longer. I asked if I could return if not satisfied as $67 is quite an investment and was told yes. Called this morning and was given the instructions again anf was told to bring it in and u would get a refund if there wasn't "too" much missing only to drive 25 miles to be offered half price of what I paid! Bad customer services!

I had seen that Kyleigh was offering lash lifts for 10 dollars and I was excited to get it done because I’ve always wanted a lash lift to make my lashes longer and I should have known for that price I was paying I was not going to get a quality lash lift. My daughter and I were booked for massages; it was my treat while visiting her in Omaha. My daughter's experience was lovely, but mine was awful. The head/chin rest would not stay in place and finally broke right off 10 minutes into the massage. 20 minutes was spent trying to locate another chin rest that would not fit. No other beds available. I felt bad for the masseuse in that she would not be paid for her time so offered to lay face down without the headrest. I should have just gotten up and left because I was tense, the masseuse was tense and there was little time left to actually get a massage. The masseuse was apologetic but I was upset and reception was unsympathetic. I complained at the front desk and they grudgingly reduced my bill by $10 but the next day, my neck was sore and stiff and I felt cheated. I see a lot of positive comments for this Spa, and my daughter goes regularly for massages. I just feel I should have been fully compensated for what happened to me.

I’d been seeing Mikaila for lash lifts and she was AMAZING!! She left a couple weeks ago and I found out today at 6pm after I drove from Glenwood Iowa to see my esthetician!!! They did not leave a voicemail and didn’t reschedule my appointment, instead they expected me to drive in and sit and wait for an hour and offered me 25% off. First off 25% off of $65 is laughable considering I just drove 40 miles to get here! Their response for not canceling the appointment is that they don’t cancel appointments of clients of estheticians who leave the salon.

I had a good experience overall. Everyone was extremely friendly and Morgan made me feel welcome and relaxed. She wasn't overally talkative which I find to be a good thing. She washed and curled my hair very well. My only complaint is that my hair color turned out almost black when I came in asking for a lighter brown and specifically said I didn't want it very dark at all.

I've had numerous massages with multiple massage therapists and they have all been relaxing and great. Not a bad lady in the bunch! Not only are the services great, but their customer service is excellent as well. The receptionists are very welcoming and accommodating and start your experience off right when you step in the door.

Great salon... clean...refreshing and kind people. The price is typical of the surrounding area. The salon is a bit noisier than other salons kind of like being at a restaurant. The spa side is just as fabulous as the hair side but much quieter. Great place for pampering.

Make an appointment for a massage here RIGHT NOW! Kidding... but seriously, they were amazing. I called upon receiving a gift card, and was blown away to get in the very next day for an appointment. I have never experienced that kind of swift scheduling at a salon. I enjoyed the actual appointment immensely. The therapist was skilled and knowledgeable. She did some intense deep tissue massage and it left me feeling great for days. I liked the atmosphere and the staff. The pricing was a bit more that I usually pay, but I will definitely be back, especially if they offer any promos or coupons via text. I'll be watching. ;-)

I received the Mini Facial and Mini massage by Lindley and Crystal and they were both wonderful experiences. If I could leave no stars I would. The staff was friendly and inviting. The facility was clean. I took my daughter here to get our makeup done for a girls day out. I told the make up artist that foundation didn’t work well with my skin and I was assured they had products that will work with my skin type. I wasn’t sure exactly what look I was wanting but I went with a Smokey eye. Needless to say by the time she was finished I wanted to cry. I had her remove all the face makeup because I looked like a 80 year old woman it was horrible. The girl said when I told her I wanted the face makeup off that she put the correct stuff on and I guess your face just doesn’t like foundation. I was so frustrated I just wanted to pay and leave. What was supposed to be a fun day with my daughter just broke my self confidence down even lower and I had to pay for it. Maybe other people will have a better experience than myself but for me it was a disaster and a complete disappointment.

I loved my haircut and the stylist was very nice. The only reason I knocked a couple stars off is because my entire time there (almost two hours) I kept getting descriptions of products. I know it's important to sell the products but it made me uncomfortable because at one point the stylist even told me she had to meet certain sales. I felt obligated to buy something even though I am very happy with my hair products I currently use. I just wish I could've relaxed or talked about something else. This was my first time going somewhere where they're so persistent on selling. I thought I may have found "my hair place" but I don't think I'd like to sit through two hours of product promoting again.

I went to Gloss salon for make up application. It was my first experience there. The make up artist was very nice and friendly and we discussed in advance about what type of make up I'd like to get. She kept asking my opinion about the type and color of everything which was very nice. I wish I had a mirror in front of me though to see the whole process. The reason that I am giving two starts is that the make up materials they use have poor quality. I had much better mascara at home, purchased from Walmart (which I used afterwards and I saw the difference). Also, the concealer that was used gave a very chalky looking under my eyes. I think You really need to improve the quality of products if you want more customers.

I have been going to Gloss for several years now. I get my hair done every 4 weeks, and I often get a pedicure, a facial, or a massage. The salon has specials all the time, such as $15 pedicures or buy 1 get 1 on products, and they are so great about accommodating any last minute requests, such as brow/lip wax or pedicure, along with my normal hair service. Another thing I like about it is it's close to my home.

Worst haircut I have EVER had!! I showed the stylist a picture from Pinterest that had the exact haircut I wanted and she still screwed it up. As a result, I have been growing out layers (since last AUGUST) that I did not want as well as a hole in the side of my hair. They offered to give me $20 off my next visit to come back, but what I really want is the time it has taken me to grow out a hideous haircut.

Had a hair emergency a few days ago (i made the mistake of bleaching my hair at home so as to lighten it but it of course ended up horribly yellow and too light) and needed to get it fixed ASAP .... called the next morning as soon as they opened and explained I had a little hair emergency ... they asked when i was able to come in and 40 minutes later I was there and they had someone ready to take care of me -- Stacy was great and took her time and really consulted to figure out the exact look I had attempted to go for and she outlined what she was going to do to get me back to the desired shade and definitely did just that! when i left my hair was in such great condition, it had never looked or felt so full and healthy and the color was so perfect (light ash brown) and I realize I should have just gone here first rather than attempt cheap drugstore dye first but we all make mistakes and learn. Bottom line great salon and very cozy atmosphere!
