Price is good. Customer service not impressive. I walked in sat for 5 mins until I was finally greeted. One stylist was cutting hair and the other was busy doing her own make-up. But a few bucks saving isn't worth waiting 30 mins.

I have been going to Brendas for years. She sold the place a couple of years ago and its gone down hill since then. Went in for a haircut 1-3-17 and found out that that they now take appointments. Well thats all fine for business, except when there is only two stylist working. Today Michelle was rude when I told her I was leaving. Needless to say Im now at Sport Clips and will make this my home.

Personally I dont understand the complaints. First time here and WILL be back. Actually cut my hair how I wanted and even said if its not short enough I am welcome to come back within the week to fix any issues. But I came home and styled it and Ive no complaints. They were nice and welcoming. Especilly Ann whi cut my hair. Very sociable, polite and professional. Even sending my daughter here. No complaints here!! Thank you Ann. Thank you!

Only giving 4 stars because the lady that should be cutting my hair right now is over a half hour late for my appointment. Other then that the cuts are good and trimmings are great. Love this place. Just be sure you have time because majority of the time they are late getting in except for Michelle & Ann.

My name is Vanessa and I came down about 2 months ago and I must have waited for an hour to get something done with my hair...I explained to the stylist that I wanted it thinner than it was she looked at my hair and said we don't specialized in my kind of hair..I looked at her and said what do you mean..She then rolled her eyes and said you know Black hair !!! I then said if you needed more money to do my leanth of hair I completely understand or if I need to set an appointment I can come back...She said No!! I don't have time for you or your hair. A little confused and upset I went home and told my husband about what happened and he was very upset considering it was my birthday and we were planning on going out to dinner so I went out and had to put my hair up in a bun I want to come back but I'm afraid I am going to be treated the same..

There aren't enough kind words that I can say about Mark. The owner treats his employees like family. He truly appreciates every client that walks through the door and will go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. I recently lost a loved one in my family and the support I've received from Mark and LauraLee has been amazing. I will never forget their kindness through such a tough time for me. A lot of people go to chain salons for their haircuts but I think it's very important to support small businesses, because your money is going to a family-owned business, where he is so supportive of his stylists. I couldn't be more grateful to be working around such awesome clients and in such an great atmosphere. Out of all the jobs that I've had, having Mark as a boss makes you really appreciate the attributes that he has, compared to other bosses that I've had.

You lost me as a client when your stylist Ann came over to my house to try and intimidate me and cursed me out, I've never even met Ann until she came to my home with my 3 yr old standing there and cursed me out, what great employees you have, I will never come to UR place of business again, and neither will anyone I know.

I wish I didn't have to give one star. I took my daughter in to get a cut. I asked for layers to help her be able to brush it easier. The woman complained that she needed a thinning, not layers. I said I would like both. The woman pulled on my daughters hair through the whole thing to the point of tears. She complained to my daughter through the whole thing making her feel very belittled. She gave me dirty looks through the whole thing. She still refused to give my daughter layers and at the end, actually said to me "that child needs help". I'm sorry, but like I told the lady, yes, that's why we are at a hairdresser. Even after all she did was thin my daughters hair, she still charged me extra because her hair is thick. On to the lady that did mine. I asked for a shampoo, cut (also layers), and style. She informed me they were to busy to shampoo (mind you they don't take appointments. I tried.) She said OK for the layers I wanted in the back of my hair but cut my hair straight. And only sprayed stuff in my hair for the style. This is the worst place I've ever been. The ladies working are rude. I will advise to not waste your time. Do not waste your money. And pass this message along to your friends.

My son loves going here. Every time we have been here the staff was friendly and even made my shy son perk up and smile by the end.
