Went to Bravadas to buy a wig because of hair loss due to chemo. Never bought a wig before, so I don't really know how the prices compared to other wigs stores. Nannette helped me find a wig very close to my real hair color and style. She did some hi-lights to it and showed me how to take care of it. We washed it together and showed me how to dry and style it. She was very professional and caring. Great experience for a bad situation.

While the service provided is wonderful no matter how many wigs you try on, the prices are outrageous. I know what quality a wig should be for $100 dollars and they obviously don't. I have seen bad quality synthetic wigs on sale for over $90 at Bravadas. I do not recommend going to this store unless you are looking for a wig for health reasons. When it comes to Chemo patients and other hair loss, Bravadas is much more reasonable when it comes to prices.

I was in town a few weeks back and needed a trim. I had never been there before. I called to make an appt, they were extremely polite and got me in that day with Nanette. I liked her instantly, super nice and very accomodating. She did a great job trimming a few inches off the length (and not a lot of people can cut wigs well) and she was so fast too!! She also gave me some great tips on how to make the curls last and maintain my wig. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

Nan was great. Explained what I was looking for and she opened a drawer and pulled out the PERFECT wig. Exactly what I had envisioned! After purchasing she explained everything about the care of the wig - what and what not to do. Excellent service and all staff was friendly and helpful.

I drove 6 1/2 hours to visit this store. Hoping to find a big selection of human hair wigs. Not as many as I thought but the experience was great. Nan was the most wonderful person who helped me. Even though I probably annoyed her.. she never acted like I did. Very professional! I bought a wig from the store and had one on when I got there. Nan washed that one for me and helped me with making it look more natural. Cut some bangs for me on it and made it look way better. So if u visit the store. Ask for Nan. She is awesome!

She was able to revive my current wig and recommend an awesome upgrade. Everyone there is very kind and understanding. Bravadas is not only a wig store, but they do excellent work with coloring, cuts, and styling of hairpieces too. I won’t go to anyone else.

I have been a long-time customer of Bravadas. I have purchased clip in extensions, halos, and supplies for these items. Today I had permit extensions put in. I can’t tell you how beautiful they are and how happy I am. The hair is absolutely gorgeous and the atmosphere is very private. Nanette and Tracy are both perfectionists and it shows! I really feel like a new person after having six surgeries in 14 months that took a toll on my hair. They are very competitive with price. I have no regrets and highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with Bravada’s. I made an appointment for a consultation and worked with both Sharon and Nan. They were knowledgeable and kind, and were very committed to help me find the right wig for me. Their advice was helpful and clear, and I was able to walk out of the store with two wigs that work perfect for me. (Which was not something I excepted - I figured I would have to order something and wait for it to come.) They weren’t pushing to sell me products I didn’t need, and really seems to enjoy the experience with us, which isn’t exactly an easy thing to do when you need a wig for medical reasons and aren’t getting one for fun. What a positive experience!

I first came here in 2010. My hair was thinning and I needed someone to take a look and show me some options like wigs or hair pieces or whatever else might be on the market for people with thinning hair like mine. They looked at my hair, we tried on wigs and partial wigs. Nanette then suggested that tape in hair extensions might be the solution I’m looking for. Well now it is 2018 and I have been a regular customer since that first visit in 2010. I have my extensions redone about every 8 to 12 weeks. The extensions were the perfect solution. They give my hair some body, they are affordable and the hold a curl very well so I have more options for hair styles. Nanette takes good care of me and always has my color extensions on hand. The rest of the staff is also great and friendly.

VERY prudish staff. Extreeme limited supply of affordable wigs. The Quality of their "Synthetic" Wig Price range was $150.00 and up for Average Quality Synthetic Hair. Lets face it people- Synthetic is Synthetic Synthetic is plastic,. Anyone in the Industry, and those referred to wig shops by the American Cancer Society, knows the Mark up on Wigs. There really is NO REASON to be rude I witnessed Very Limited Hair accessories.,; Wasted retail space for a Huge Closet for people to try on wigs. Just an Over all unfriendly, Awkward Experience. One , Male or Female, should think twice before even going in the door,..There ARE Polite, sensitive Wig Salespeople in Omaha,. with reasonably priced same or better quality wigs and toupees, and Friendly considerate sales people Please remember, the average life of Quality Synthetic Wigs is 3-6 months, I must WARN You .. THIS IS NOT the place to spend your hard earned dollar starting $150.00 and up for a Wig that a Merchant can buy for $20.00 or less . As a multiple Cancer survivor that would have no Problem purchasing Wigs and hair pieces in this place,.. In my Opinion, the Rude and snide treatment I received , I wouldnt be surprised it could be passed on to anyone that entered the Door...Please,... I would not recommend this store.

My personal stylist is Tracey at Bravadas. I have been a loyal customer for at least nine years, and without her my life would be completely different from what it is now. I went in suffering from major hair loss due to alopecia, my hair was literally at most a inch long with bald spots. Tracey turned me from a person who was ashamed to be seen in public, into a confident go to woman with her expertise. Tracey doesn’t just take care of me, but I intrust her dearly with my family as well. She makes sure my daughters and even my own mother are part of my process and we all use several different products from the store. Please if you are feeling lost about what to do with your hair, want to restore your confidence in who you are through your hair; then don’t waste your time anywhere else. Bravadas is the store to go to, to make you feel you again!

We live about 3 hours from Bravadas, but it was well worth the trip!! I haven’t been happy with the hair pieces I’ve been able to get in our home town, so we decided to try elsewhere. Nan was great to work with and the wig is incredibly different- much higher quality and far more natural looking and flattering!
