Made a appointment and was running a little bit late called before the appointment to let them know that's I was going to be less than 20 minutes late because I'm a manager and got catch up helping a person that was late to their appointment. She wouldn't help me because i was 5 minutes over grace period that she never stated to me when i was making the appointment. Very disappointed with the service i received and will never be back to this establishment. UPDATE: Violet banks allowed me to sit outside her business for 8 minutes waiting for her to unlock her door while she sit there and conversed with an person and talked about me. AGAIN I called to make this appointment and it wasn't stated in the call nor was it stated the text message that I received to confirm the appointment. This is clearly a problem with customer service. The only way you make money is to take care of customers at the end of the day. You dont have a business if you don't have paying customers.

Christina did that! I came in for box braids after booking online. It was my first time getting them done and I specified that my scalp is sensitive and to not braid too tight. My braids still look neat and it does not hurt at all! She was very friendly and easy to talk to which I loved. I highly recommend 402 Braids, I will be coming back.

one star for the lack of communication. they seem to do amazing work. impossible to get in contact with them. i’ve called them twice everyday this week when they’re open, usually it goes to voicemail. today, i called someone picked up the phone and hung it up right away.... so i called back and it went straight to voicemail assuming they put the phone to hold. super rude and inconsiderate, tell me to hold if you’re busy!? i’m trying to support and give you guys my business/money!!!!
