I love this nail salon - everyone in the neighbourhood goes to it because everyone is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they do a really great job. They also offer packages that save you money if you buy multiple at once. Katie does my SNS powder gel every 2-3 weeks and she's the best. Her chair massages are also great!

Best Spa Pedicure in town! Beautiful clean facility. They are under construction and about to double in size! Can not wait to see what the new salon looks like! I did a “walk-in” at another salon in town and had a horrible experience with lashes! So I Googled: “Best lash extensions in Billings, MT” and this salon pulled up first to fix them! Luckily I wasn’t disappointed and that google result did not lie!! Brittany got me in for eyelash extensions very quickly and fixed my clumpy, ugly, unnatural mess! Thank god. They look so perfect now and I am so very happy! Prices where comparable and better than the highway robbery I experienced before. Brittany walked me through what she was doing and she was very kind and knows her stuff. Said she’s been doing lashes for 5 plus years. If you want Eyelashes this is the place to be people! Don’t walk in anywhere for Eyelash Extensions in Billings. I learned my lesson on researching first before you book. Will be coming back in 3 weeks.

Sadly I did not have a good experience with Holly. I was not greeted with a hello or how are you until I said hello. Then she washed my hair roughly. She made no communication with me until cut was done to ask what I thought. She cut one side of my hair uneven until I said something and then said it's hard to cut a-lines which made me feel really uneasy. Then I thought I liked the cut until I got home and liked at the back. Realized she never gave me a mirror to look at the back. Uneven with a couple much longer piece very out of place.. Nor did she ask to add any mouse or texturizer before drying it. I'm not trying to be mean but Ive gotten better cuts at great clips. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend.

I recently moved to Billings from Denver and have been searching for a new salon to get my hair done. This place had really good reviews and prices similar to what I was paying at home so I thought it would work. I showed my stylist Katie a photo of the color I wanted, it was a photo of myself about a year ago with light honey-blonde all over highlights. She took a look at the picture and got started. I want to note that Katie was very sweet and personable while she worked. However, I noticed that I was never placed under a hooded dryer to process, in fact I don't think I actually saw any dryers in there? In the past, stylists have let my hair process the color without heat only when I was trying to go really light ashy bleach blonde. For this color I was going for, I've always been put under the dryer for 10-15 minutes to process. When shampooing, I also noticed she didn't use a toner on me at all. Since I'm blonde, I've always been told toners are key and I'm worried this color will become brassy pretty quickly since toner wasn't used. The hair cut was fine, I only wanted a trim. But she blow dried my hair without using a round brush and then started straightening my hair even though I did not ask her to. The color came out super light, bleach blonde, which was not what I intended. I can deal with it for awhile since I've been this blonde in the past, but it really was not what I was looking for and is very different from the photo I showed her. I like a darker, more natural blonde because it's less obvious when my roots start to grow out. Overall I was just disappointed with the result for the amount of money I spent. I should have spoken up about my dissatisfaction when she was finished but I was worried about all the damage to my hair if I asked her to fix it. The hard thing about color is you don't know what it will turn out like until it's done. Had the color turned out as I'd asked, I would not care about things like the no toner, no dryer, etc. These are just things that stood out in hindsight. I wish that I would have had a more in depth conversation with her before she got started about what I was looking for because I guess the picture alone didn't suffice. However, I do think that stylists should spend a little more time with first-time clients so things like this don't happen.

Holly gives wonderful haircuts, listens to what you want, and does a great job. She really helped out my bangs after a botched at-home haircut. Katie has extremely poor communication skills. Corey does really fun nails - I got shellac that lasted a good few weeks and looked great the whole time. I haven’t worked with anyone else, but I do recommend this salon, and especially Holly, for haircuts.

I love eveyone at Studio 406 Salon! Not only are they upbeat and friendly, they all have a great attitude. And I absolutely love the modern set-up with class they have going on in there. They totally get their client's needs. Whenever I go in, I know I am going to leave feeling better than I did when I came in. As for nails, they can do absolutely any idea you have, whether it is acrylic, shellac, or anything from pinterest, they WILL make it happen for you! I love it. I have yet to leave disappointed. Very glad I found Studio 406 a couple years after I moved to town. I now have one convenient place for all my services (hair, nails, extensions) and they do more services like eyelash extensions too. They are more than reasonably priced (I am still surprised on what a deal I get) and it’s a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. This was my first time here since they've changed owners. Completely redone and clean. Lots of great colors and attention to detail. The massage chairs are the best I've had at any nail salon.
