Amazing salon, I went to Nikki Bascom last year when another stylist from a different salon gave me "balayage" and my hair had thick stripes on it! Not at all what I wanted. Nikki consulted me on what we were going to do next, made an appointment and she spent so much time fixing my hair. Sometimes I feel rushed with stylists and Nikki doesn't make me feel that way at all. If you are looking to get balayage done, Nikki is your gal! Every time I leave there, my hair is perfect and exactly how I want it!

I love Reecias, I've been getting my hair cut here for 4 years and I've never had a bad experience. Nikki Bascom does a fantastic job both with color and cuts. She's taken my hair from a very dark brown to light blonde over the last year or so and my hair is still nice and healthy! Our whole family (mom, dad and two boys) actually uses this salon because it's consistently good. Book with Nikki, you won't be disappointed!

Heather suggested I do a peel for my aging textured skin. It's been a couple days and my skin actually looks like it is glowing. Heather has a soft touch and quiet voice, which I absolutely love during a treatment. She is knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend seeing her! I can't wait until my next appointment.

I had booked an appointment 6 days in advance, my service was for a complete cut, colour and eyebrow wax. I had visited the salon the day prior to my appointment for a colour consultation, I left with confidence. When I returned the following day to receive the service the women at the front desk notified me that my service was cancelled. She seemed quite short with me and not apologetic. She did mention she had tried to call earlier and wasn’t able to reach me. The reason for the cancellation was the service would take to long and the stylist was not able to stay at the salon on her own. I do understand this, however; when I asked to reschedule, the women at the front desk responded with ’no’ I have nothing in the next few days . I asked if I could at least get my eyebrows done still and I was told, ’well let me check,’ when she returned she said, ’I guess so but you will have to wait 30 minutes.’ So thankfully in the end, I was able to find another salon in Whitefish which provided me with the colour service and were very kind! I have visited Reecia’s salon a lot in the past and enjoyed my experience. I was sorry to see this outcome.

I just got my eye brow/ lip wax by Chelcie who did a phenomenal job. She is a talented esthetician with a warm caring energy for her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel comfortable, and checks in to make sure your brows are shaped perfectly to your specifications. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful brows, and an excellent spa experience.
