I seriously got the worst haircut EVER at Hair hair. I asked for layers and face framing in the front. I wish I had a picture, but the face framing is TERRIBLE, and the layers are just like two hugechunks taken out of the back of my hair. What A HUGE waste of money, can't wait to get it fixed.

I have been seeing Shelby for haircuts and bang trims for about seven months now and am so happy about it. At first she took it slowly and made sure she was doing everything I wanted, but now after several hair cuts she is becoming comfortable and we work together with my style and my tiny bangs. Bang trims are free (but ya'll should tip anyways)!!! Great salon with a nice staff.

Totally fried my hair, hair orange. Tried twice to fix it. Worst color and style ever. Many dollars to try to fix my fried hair. Someone asked me if I got to close to fire. She drenched my hair with so much product and used her fingers to style it my hair. I was embarred to go out in public. Went home and washed hair. The result brassy fried hair. Just devastated. Went in to get highlights and trim. What a joke hair.

If you don't feel like taking a gamble on your hair with hundreds of dollars, AVOID this salon!! This was the worst hair cut and color I have EVER had, and by far the worst experience I've had working with the salon owner to try to fix the problem. I got my hair done by Shelby, and she was very congenial, but she completely butchered my hair and my color was absolutely nothing like the picture I showed her and the color we had agreed on in the consultation. At the end of the cut she didn't even style my hair, or show me the back. That was probably because it looked like an unintentional mullet though. Seriously. The front part was a full inch and a half shorter than I had asked her to cut it, but she left the back and inch longer than the front... When I went back in the next day to talk to the owner about it, he tried to say things with a "nice" voice, but seemed manipulative and passive aggressive. Although my hair was obviously horrible--it was a full inch longer in the back than the front, and the color was completely brassy and nothing like the picture--he acted like there was nothing wrong at all. He even suggested that I would probably like it if I just curled it a bit. ???Robin, another stylist of 20 years, also tried to convince me that it looked great. After 20 minutes of this, combined with comments from the owner, David, such as "You actually should have been charged more for what you got," and "We will cut that back piece off for you, but a full hair cut will be charged as such," and "Since you're a first time customer it is really nice of us to do anything to fix it without charging you." I had zero confidence in their abilities to fix it and make it look good. They refused to give me a refund. I spent over $200 to have my hair destroyed by them and then had to turn around and pay that amount to have it fixed by someone else who knows what they are doing. I was almost more upset by my interaction with them after the fact than by the terrible hair I had to leave with. Save your money and your hair and DO NOT let them touch it!!!

It's been several weeks since my cut, and last night was a real test of a stylist's skill - I washed my hair before going to bed, tucked in with a wet head, and woke up with it looking like it had been styled.
