Stylist by the name of Mohria is completely incompetent in balayage and left a really bad line of demarcation...just a mess. She refused to acknowledge she wasn't skilled at the technique. She then went to Facebook to complain about the client who wasn't satisfied tried to pass off the Inspiration photo (which was another stylists work taken from Pinterest the client used) as her own. Completely pathetic and unprofessional behavior. This salon is incompetent, unprofessional, and clueless when it comes to customer service. Places like this give the entire community a bad rap and is why so many people no longer have faith in "professionals".

All of my experiences here have been amazing. The customer service I still receive is nothing short of spectacular, It's a fun loving environment with experienced hair stylist that make you feel welcome. My hair has texture and volume like I've never had before. Its all thanks to Mohria Gatlin at genesis salon. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants quality work and good customer service.

i Go to Ashley here for my hair and I will not go anywhere else. No one else is allowed to touch my hair ever again. She always makes sure I’m satisfied and if she knows something doesn’t look right she won’t let me leave until it’s perfect. The other ladies there are always friendly and bubbly I love it. I have been going to Mohria for 18 years. She does my hair so nice and is always spot on with color. I have tried different colors for fun and have had hair extensions. Mohria knows exactly how to do them all! She is professional, dedicated and a real sweetheart! I would not go to anyone else and she will ALWAYS get my business. I have referred other people to her as well as my relatives. She has gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule so many times through the years, she is the BEST!!!!!! :)

This place is a joke! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I walked in to try to get my hair fixed.. I was glared at by 4 "girls" who were sitting down chatting. They asked me what i wanted and i asked if anyone could fix my hair. One lady looked over at another and she said " im done for the day" the first old lady i talked to said we dont have any openings. I walked out the door and said i wish i could sit on my a** all day. I got to my car and the old hag FLIPPED ME OFF! What a way to get new customers!!! I will NEVER go back! I went to Dillards instead! They got me in minutes after i got there and they did a great job!!
