I couldn't be happier with the continued haircare I get from Canvas. This is a place to relax with a glass of wine and trust that you are in good hands. I got the worst hair color of my life from this place. When I asked for natural looking highlights, my hair was turned orange. I went back the next afternoon for it to be fixed, and she just bleached it blonde. I haven't been able to get my hair back to any color remotely natural in over a year. Don't go here. They work as independent contractors so it is difficult to determine whether any of the them are adequately trained. You'll never know what you're gonna get.

Jen Mulkey is fantastic!! She has cut my thin, fine hair twice now and both times she has done a wonderful job. Stylists at other salons have had trouble in the past with my hair getting easily tangled or being difficult to part and style, but Jen has nailed it both times! She is detail-oriented and thoughtful in her work and easy to chat with. Canvas is a welcoming, clean, and comfortable salon and I am so looking forward to going in to see Jen for my next haircut!

Two years ago I had to undergo a 24 hour eeg, little nodes cemented all over my scalp. I lost a ton of hair—adding insult to the injury of dealing with heavy health issues. Andrea Caffrey lifted my mood, gave me a cut that boosted my confidence and made me feel beautiful again. She listens compassionately and is guided by her intuition and mad skills to create a look that perfectly fits you. Last year I experienced alopecia, and again, she put me at ease with a personal style that masked my bald patch. I cannot recommend Canvas and Andrea highly enough. Experienced, personally attuned, and styles to help share your unique radiance.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! The stylists are warm and friendly and incredibly talented. The space is inviting and you are offered a beverage when you walk in. The waiting area is decorated with a wide variety of delicious skin and hair care products. Delightfully charming!

I had my hair cut by Andrea yesterday. I have thin fine hair and it's hard to cut. She knocked it out of the park and made my limp, lame hair look really great. It was easy to book online they have an awesome array of great products to choose from. It's so cute in there and everyone was super friendly. I work in the hair industry so I'm super picky and my expectations were far exceeded. Thanks so much ladies. I'll be back.

I will never go back to another salon in Montana unless its Canvas Studios. The staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating. You immediately feel comfortable and at ease. Andrea is an artist in everything she's ever done for me. She TRULY listens to my goals, offers realistic suggestions and executes them with skill. Most importantly she is honest. She will never tell you she can take you from black box dye to platinum in a day for $50. Canvas Studios is above them all.

Clean, friendly, and professional. I've been a client with Andrea for a couple years now, and she is absolutely killing it with my color and style. Because she gets booked out a bit in advance I've referred my friends and family to other ladies in the studio and they have all had great results- once even saving a friend who had her hair butchered somewhere else, taking a VERY bad haircut and turning it in to something that looked good while it was growing out from that disaster.

My stylist was Jen Mulkey, and she listened to my very specific needs and wants, then did a perfect job! I had to have it cut for a show at Missoula Community Theatre, and was able to get this amazing work done pretty last minute since I accidentally booked my appointment in January. I scheduled what I thought would be a basic haircut, same day. Instead it turned into a great haircut and excellent experience! Sara Duke was fantastic even though I was a last minute schedule and she'd never worked with me before. The place was hopping at 6 pm on a Tuesday and all of the stylists and staff I interacted with with super friendly; a great way to end a particularly stressful day at work. I will definitely be recommending Sara and Canvas Studios.
