Kat is a very loud talker which irritated me so much so that I would just request Haley because she sensed when customers wanted to talk or not. Haley was amazing because she listened to what the customer wanted and checked in periodically with the customer for lenght and things. When I got my hair cut by Kat I told her SPECIFICALLY that I did not want and angled back since I have been growing my hair out and how much length I wanted trimmed off. I always got the cut of what Kat wanted which was a very layered angled short cut in the back and an unlayered Bob in the front. Kat has no consideration for her customer's requests and she does not consider how such different and so many lenths of curls lay when dried so I left looking crazy each time. She reminds me of a very bad and sketchy cars salesman like the dad from Matilda with making things like a wash seem complimentary and then up charging you. The last time she cut my hair I left with the left side of my hair an inch and a half longer than the right side and had to cut off three inches of regrowth with a corrective cut from Haley at her new place of work. Styling is something I would not let her do because if she was like that with a cut who knows how bad things would have turned out with hair products. She carges you for her style preferences of what she thinks looks best instead of what you asked. Once I found out that Haley left I stopped going there and found where Haley went.

I travel a lot and often have to find places to get my hair touched up on the go. It is rare to find a walk in place with such a high standard. I've only been once so far, but I am sure to return. Cordell was able to get my hair just right. Like, what I asked for, but then better. I would definitely recommend.

I have gone to quite a few places in billings from cheap to expensive and everything in between trying to find the best not only cost but quality and in this case paying more did not insure quality paying less however did. I was recommended to see Baylee by my SIL and went in with a well we'll see attitude and its just hair if it gets messed up it'll grow and I'll just try somewhere else. After 6ish years of searching I have finally found the best place and person there is IMHO. I will even start taking my kids in to her as well and I have never trusted anyone to cut their hair. I am so happy to have found Baylee.

I wish I could give less than one star. My daughter made an appointment for a color, and after being there for 4 hours and paying twice what she was originally told, she was sent home with hair that was orange and in tears. She went back the next day where someone else tried to fix it. She was friendly and tried to fix it, but it still looked terrible. She ended having to go somewhere else for color correction which is really expensive. The other reviews seem to be positive so I hope that this was just a fluke, but based on our experience, I would not recommend getting your hair done here.

I’ve had some pretty bad haircuts but this 10/10 was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I went in asking for my hair to be lightened at the ends just a little (kind of like an ombré look) and she said she could do it and it wouldn’t take long. I got there at 11 am and didn’t get out till 6:30 pm! Not only did it take forever but she bleached my entire head! She left the bleach on way too long and my scalp was red and very irritated. And besides having burns on my head from the bleach my hair was practically straw after that! Finally I had to tell her we needed to hurry this up because I had to pick my husband up from work cause we share one car. (Even after that I was still a half hour late to pick him up.) when she finally finished bleaching she tried to tone my hair but the toner wouldn’t stay. My hair was so brassy and orange none of the dyes or toners she tried to use wouldn’t work. She clearly panicked and didn’t know what to do so she then told me I was done and told me it looked good! And then charged me $150!! I was charged $150 freakin dollars for extremely damaged and brassy orange hair! I was so upset and late that I didn’t have time to argue and just left. I was so embarrassed and cried all night cause it looked terrible. I went in the next day and they wouldn’t even give me a refund but said they could try to fix it. Which they didn’t! It was still orange but a tiny bit less brassy. This place was terrible and such a waste of money and I don’t recommend this place at all! Save your hair and money my dudes it ain’t worth it at all.

I found Katryna right before I moved out of state and she did such an amazing job. Now every single time I come back to town I must get my hair done by her! She gave me exactly what I asked for. Every one in this salon was very friendly and there were many times everyone in the shop was included in one conversation. I really felt like I was having a girls day with some of my best friends. (I didnt know any one but katryna prior to getting my hair done) This was the best experience i've ever had in a salon.

Mackenzie can cut some serious hair! The ladies here are great! They are so welcoming and easy going (there were only 2 ladies working when I went in.) I cut off a lot of hair and was incredibly nervous about the cut, but Mackenzie did an outstanding job. I will definitely be going back.

It's really aesthetic in there. All of the staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. I got my hair done by Analyse and I absolutely love it. She was very gentle and made it relaxing. The girls there talk with you so you can relax and not bury your nose in your phone. Here's a before and after(sorry they don't show much). You can really trust these people not to botch your hair.
