I always have a good experience here at this Supercuts! Jacob and Candace are my favorites! They are both great and are always in a good mood! I have Asian (straight, black) hair. I show them a picture and they always do it just like, or even better than what I show them. They are absolutely amazing and fast. Make sure you guys tip 20% or more. My total is always $15-$20, but I always try to leave over $5. I always give them $30-$40 because these are people who stand on their feet all day serving you. They're taking care of you, so please make sure you all take care of these awesome people! And, the atmosphere is absolutely upbeat and comfortable. The place is clean and spacious. Great music! ♡

I have been here three times now. I used to go to sport clips, luckily the line was too long there. So I dropped by here, at Supercuts. And I'm glad I did. I never really enjoyed getting a hair cut, I never liked the way it turned out. I just thought shorter hair wasn't for me. Well apparently, I just have never had my hair cut "correctly". Every single time I have been here I have been happy with my hair cut. I actually can look forward to going back to get a shape up !! Thank you Jacob for showing me how my hair is SUPPOSED to look. Very happy with this place!

Great place to get a quick haircut at a reasonable price. Was the first time getting a haircut and was greeted by the staff there. The only thing I got concerned about was another employee was cutting another customers hair and she did not understand what the customer wanted. Overall great place. I plan on getting my haircut from now on.

I haven't been here in a while because I've moved but I can't wait to come home to get a hair cut.....I've been to Supercuts here where I live and when I tell you I miss my barbers at this flowood location. Araceli( sorry for the spelling) and Jacob cut my hair when I come here and when I tell you the best hair cut is performed every time you better believe it. They have a lot of knowledge and they can give you exactly what you want and that's a fact....can't wait to come home

I have natural hair. I had not gotten the ends clipped in way to long. I decided to straighten my hair. And after reading Tammy's review I decided to try this supercuts for a trim. Jacob was amazing!! He explained just how much hair needed clipped and that he would make sure to keep the natural layers while maintaining some length. Which was just what I wanted. I will definitely go back to see him the next time I straighten my hair. I am so happy with the results.

I went there on Friday evening. It had a long line. I was expecting a long line but when I signed up for my hair cut they told me less waiting time than what actually was. I can understand that can happen depending on your customers but next time I would like to have a reasonable time for a wait so if I need to run errands I can meanwhile. But other than that it was a great hair cut. The employees were courtious and professional...I got an haircut that I actually needed. Thank you.

I frequent here every 1.5 months or so. The staff is very nice. I dont have a preference on who styles my hair. Im all for letting the new person do it. Whichever option has me in there the shortest amount of time. Kroger receipts have coupons on the back of them, and they do a 13th cut free card.

I stopped by Friday afternoon, 5/17/2019, told the guy my name and he said i will put your name down. I never saw him do so. He finished with his customer and 2 ladies finished with their customers and one was still working on her customer. The guy and the 2 ladies all walked out of the salon to the back and not one of them acknowledged that i was sitting there. Never said someone will be with you in a while or anything...i was the only person waiting or a haircut. I walked out !
