1st experience at the salon back in October was good! I scheduled an appt. 2 weeks ago online and called to double check the appt. this morning. I was not on the books due to a glitch with the website, I completely understand that these things happen and the salon scheduled me for later in the day with a different stylist, great! Got to my appt. 10 minutes before the scheduled time and checked in with someone at the desk, who then left. Someone came up about 15 minutes later and said a name that I could not hear over the construction or see her due to a display on the desk (could have been mine, not sure)...one woman said it wasn't her and the stylist immediately walked away and went to the back rather than checking with the rest of the people up front. 30mins goes by and I had to disrupt another stylist to ask where my stylist is (also letting her know how long I had been waiting)... she replies "oh still with her client" and continues working. After another 10mins (40mins waiting total) my stylist comes up to check her client out and I tell her I would have to leave. While she did apologize, I should have been made aware she was running so behind so that I didn't waste 40mins of my time waiting when I could have left earlier realizing I wouldn't be able to stay due to another appt. I had. Just very disappointed in the lack of communication from the staff.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Molly G is amazing beyond words, her reputation definitely proceeds itself!!! And Anna Catherine was spectacular! They both worked on my hair and did an outstanding job! Definitely the best salon in Mississippi!!! The staff is so gracious and welcoming. They really make you feel like family! If I could give them anything higher than 5 stars I would! Bring your business to them it’s well worth your money and time! This is simply as professional as it gets!!!❤️

I had never used Static Salon!! I found it on the web after calling others salons. My experience was GREAT!! The Receptionist was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I called for appointment, she got me one in two days, the very first time!! I was about to fly for a wedding in a few days!! I got a cut, color and added high lights too! September 2018 Second time around I wanted a shorter hair style had pictures, Amber had quite the challenge, she said she actually loved a challenge!! I had another GREAT experience!!
