Courteous and professional! The Sport Clips (Flowood, MS) Stylist ensured that I had a great experience throughout my visit. My experience with other salon chains made me feel like I was something they had to hurry up and deal with, like I was a 'number' and not a 'person.' I did not have that experience at Sport Clips. Quite the opposite, actually. I was treated like I was valued. And, although the stylist was amazing from start to finish, it was the simple things she did like smiling at me as I walked up to the styling chair, looking at me as she asked about my style preference, and a 'Thank you!' at the end that made my experience stellar. I never experienced those small gestures of courtesy at other salons. Never. So, 'Thank You!' Sport Clips, for choosing great, professional people to represent your business and for treating me like a person, not a number! And I have been spreading the word about my experience to all who will listen! :)

I have been to Sports Clips on the East Coast, San Antonio, Dallas, Tennessee and Florida ...I was skeptical based on the reviews, BUT I have been proven wrong!! I had my haircut around 6:30 pm, there were only a couple of people there the hair stylist was rockin with her technique and she was cool!! I am VERY picky about how my hair is cut, Medium fade, Skin Tight and short on top, SHE NAILED it!! I WILL travel the 85 miles for that hair cut, no doubt!!!

First time visiting, and also last. Needed a simple haircut and never been to a sports clips, but saw advertisements for the "MVP". Shampoo, hot towels, and shoulder massage were awesome. Haircut, the main reason for the visit, was very poor. Would not recommend

I spent almost five hours just to get a damn haircut and when I got home my wife saw BIG gaps on the top of my head, how can anyone mess up when I say leave the top alone and trim the back and sides. I will not be recommending anyone to go there and I myself won't be going there ever again.

I used the sports clip app, which is incredibly easy & convenient to maneuver. Thanks to the app, I only waited about 5 minutes once I got there. I got a high fade as usual, & they couldn’t have done a better job. Without even asking, my stylist offered to line up my beard: snipped off the dead ends, lined up the top, plus shaved the bottom. All that while getting to watch sports the entire time; couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I have been to this location 5 times since August 2014, each hair cut has been sub par and on a downward trend. My last three haircuts and experiences have been the worst. My haircut in November was horrible, the roughest my head has been treated since boot camp, and it was not cut evenly. I returned the next day and they fixed it for free. My next cut in December was better, but still not even. On Jan 31, while getting my last haircut, the stylist actually insulted my girlfriend, and my neckline is still uneven. I have enjoyed going to other Sport Clips locations in California, North Carolina, and New Jersey, but I will never return to this one again.

Great experience. Made the reservation on the app while at the store, and it gave me a “ten minute warning text.” Once I got to SportsClips I waited maybe five minutes until seated. Tigra was awesome!

We took two of our grandsons to get a haircut not knowing they would have an unforgettable day! They were treated like kings for the day and were thrilled to sit in the massage chairs and have their hair washed and faces massaged !!!! It was a day we won't forget! This would be such a great gift for Fathers Day or a birthday gift to treat your sons or brothers to a special pampering!

My fiancé went in to get a simple haircut this afternoon and after almost two hours, he left with the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever seen. Not only is it uneven and sloppy, but his neck is torn to pieces from the clippers and she cut his ear and a mole on his neck. The lady cutting his hair was complaining about her husband the entire time we were sitting there. She was cutting so aggressively that she knocked the guard off two different times. After I saw her slip and cut a chunk out of his hair, she told us that he has a bald spot where no hair grows. To make it all worse, she cut it so short that there’s nothing we can do to fix it. DO NOT go here.

I just had the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I just wanted a simple run in, run out so I don’t frequent places that takes appointments due to my ever changing schedule. I walked in, signed in, and went straight to sit down. First thing I’m asked, “pronounce your last name.” Okay I pronounce it and I understand you try to have a conversation with your customer to make them feel welcome, but this is very frustrating as I never can get away from this. You ask me if I am Hispanic, and I say yes. Then it comes, “What part of Mexico are you from?” I answer, “I’m from Memphis, but my parents are from there.” “What kind of cut are we like going for today?”-Lady “I just want a 2 on the sides, and a 4 on top, just blended, please”-Me “what about the front?”-lady “I get it pretty short and just use hair paste to train it to the right.” Here it comes again: “You know Latinos like when I cut the top downwards and leave the front long so they can spike it straight up.” And proceeds to do it just the way she assumes I wanted because that’s how her usual Hispanics like it, not in any way what I asked. ^^This is not what I said at all. She continues to cut my hair, NOT A 2 on the sides, and “downwards” on top and leaves the length long so I can “spike it straight up.” This is so disrespectful. Would you have asked the same questions and said the same things if I was Black, White, Indian, Asian?

The worst customer service possible. If you want to be treated bad, this is the place to visit. After a forty-five minute wait and still no haircut, I am surprised i didn't tear the place up. No one greeted me when I walked in the door. They don't have to wonder if I will be back. I wish I could give this place a negative star.

Terrible! I got my hair cut here and didn't like it, she missed an entire section on my head. Went back the next weekend to correct it and she literally cut the one spot, took maybe 3 minutes after waiting over an hour, and she charged me $18 dollars again! It's still uneven because she didn't re-cut my entire head. I will NEVER get my hair cut here again!

sadly, this place is a nightmare. wait times are terrible and the stylists are in no hurry to get to the next customer. screaming children are everywhere and run around the place helter-skelter. The haircuts are fine other than being uneven and haphazard. It is a miserable experience. I literally dread going to this place, there are thankfully other alternatives.
