I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband walked in at 5:00 pm on Sunday April 22nd at this location, and the woman informed him it would be a 30 minute wait. There wasn't a single customer being seen, then I watched her walk around to the washing station and sit down and play on her phone. This is uncalled for and unprofessional. They have lost our monthly customer visits.

Got there an hour ago. Told to be back at 11. Finally walked out. They were not busy. They are LAZY!!!

Over all satisfaction of going there just not there. Last two visits were pretty much last min for my part, and both times weren't too impressed. It used to be great with service but no longer. If wait time is 1 hr, don't say 15 min and at 30 min mark as I'm about to head out, the person will be with you shortly. Poor... very poor.

They are the rude and the stylist don't give one minutes thought as to how they cut your hair...and don't even tell them it is not correct...rude comments come out again...customer service is something they need to go back to school and learn...

This place has the worst beauticians! They need to go back to school. The really terrible part is when you tell them you’re not happy with the awful job, they really don’t care. So I ended up paying to have someone fix my hair. I’m out about forty bucks so stay away from this salon.
