This lady has horrible customer service. She doesn’t want to take on new clients. I had at least two appointments and she referred me to other places. I’m disappointed that she is unenthusiastic every time I call to see how much she charges. They charge 200 for almost any hair style. They do good work but suck at making their clients feel welcomed

Worst African hair braiding shop I have EVER been too!!!! The place itself is a mess. I walked in and the have food crumbs of food ALL OVER THE PLACE. There was also old fast food cups and dried up spilled liquid on the tables. Just a nasty environment over all. I got my hair done and it was nothing like the picture! I told the woman I wasn't satisfied and she didn't even try to start over but she still made me pay!!! The mother is just as unprofessional as the daughter getting loud because I was not satisfied. Honestly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
