Derricka Norwood is very rude ! And overcharged me !! My nails were originally 35$ but u had to pay the 15$ deposit for your appointment and i asked her before i sent my deposit do the 15$ come off of my total and she said , “yes u will just have to pay the remaining balance.” So that means i only owe 20$ right ?? When she finished she said i still owed $35.00 and i was like what about my deposit ?? So all together i paid $50.00 ‼️ Just for a whole nail to come off 11 days later
