Poor service. Asked for Pocahontas braids and they were awful. Because they gave me the new person and that's what one of them told me as I asked for Jamila. Talking about "sorry she new I can redo for you" I'm like nah just don't even. I'm up for giving chances to the newbies but that was one of the things I asked before hand and was lied to about until I saw finished product smh.

I went there in May the second week, I asked for micro braids and I got micro in the front 2 rows and back, the rest were big! What a mess! Thinking about small claims court!

This is by far the worst African Braiding hair shop I've ever been to messed up my daughter's hair style and when confronted about it did not cut the price down still charged me a 100 and my daughters braids are messed up and uneven.

DO NOT PAY BEFORE SHE FINISHES YOUR STYLE!! They come around getting people to pay while they are still braiding your hair and then when you are unhappy they refuse to do anything about it! I would not recommend Jamila or anyone else in her shop. They don’t listen to what you ask for and give you what they want to give you. I was so upset with my hair style and the service I went home crying. Not what I asked for at all they the braids were uneven and not the proper length. They didn’t even want to fix it and tried to charge me more to correct THEIR ugly style! My advice : FIND ANOTHER AFRICAN BRAIDER!

Probably the WROST experience I’ve ever come around. Jamila is RUDE and disrespectful she doesn’t care about the satisfaction of the costumer. She expects you to pay before the style is even done. Their braiding is messy. If you want your hair done I advise going somewhere else.
